this may be totally fake company! tried to order 2 cards, used PayPal, and got invoice for "Luna Heater". tried using credit card, and my CC got charged, and no confirmation of order. The chat assistant does not work. Sent email to support no reply. works thru some 3rd party fulfillment yet nothing received. Will be filing fraud claims!
I bought 2 of these devices and neither of them are recognised on either my IPhone 13 or Samsung S24. I have requested help via their online form and chat. Got absolutely no response. I therefore rate customer support as almost zero. It advertises a 30 day no quibble guarantee. However since they came from Latvia and they expect me to pay for a product that does not appear fit for purpose. I would rather throw them away in disgust.
