Fawnbury 

Ordered 2 jackets in different colours, cost £86. Took 4 weeks to arrive (direct from China, no indication on website that it would take so long). Jackets were very poor quality, no labels with care/ size. Very small for medium ordered and received two of same colour. Loads of emails before they insisted I return items to China address. I had to upload photos and postage receipt to them. In fairness they did then refund the cost to me. Postage was £27 despite website saying they would pay return postage if incorrect order which this was. I have tried to get my postage back from them but they refuse despite being in breach of their terms and conditions. At one stage they offered me 25% reduction to keep items - the items were worth about £5 each lol! not worth me keeping them to give to charity even. Shocking experience - avoid this company is my advice.

I ordered two cotton jackets they both were cut badly material very poor indeed
They said on the website they have a fast return method They do not they try to get you to send the return to german or CHINA at your own cost. They seem to have an AI called AVA sending the same reply out after 2 monts of hassle I am now
suing them in the small claims coutrt companies like that shoudl not exist

awful! Paid £40 for a summer jacket. it took weeks to arrive and then it was a poorly made garment hardly (they claimed on customs £2.46!) worth the postage that bore no resemblance to the image. Be warned; to return you have to send it back tracked to CHINA, paid for by yourself before a refund is given (if you ever get one). This is a recently registered British company but that means nothing!

I wish I had read reviews before having anything to do with this dreadful firm ,I thought I was dealing with a UK business and did my checks ,
The garment that arrived was a joke ,it didn't fit ,the material was like a rag ,badly made ,I tried to return it but was told I would need to ship it to China could keep it if I accepted a fraction of the original cost ,not even fit to donate to a charity shop ,Iv'e cut my losses and put it in the bin ,
Do not give this company a penny of your money.

Very unhappy. Had to send this item to a garage in China. They now tell me I should have paid for tracking and they will not be returning my money. It cost me £69 for a rubbish dress 3 sizes too small and £22 for postage to China. DO NOT USE THIS CHINESE COMPANY They are NOT a U.K. company. Their name is a scam

They give a uk address but are based in China

The quality of their products is poor and if you return anything you have to pay the cost of returning goods to China.

My jacket took weeks to be delivered and came crushed in a bag so was extremely creased and crumpled. Not good quality so would like to return it but not to China!

Bought jackets for a wedding. Was of the opinion that they were shipped from the UK. However on checking tracking details, could see items were shipped from China! Very misleading. Returns have to be shipped back to China and having to pay for return shipping. Not impressed! They need to update their UK website that items do not ship from the UK. Rubbish service. Do not use

This company name/website appears to be UK based. However, item shipped from China (took 2 weeks) and had to be returned to China which cost a whopping £26.90 for a jacket valued at £47.95.
I did receive a refund promptly for the cost of jacket but I’ll be ChatGPT checking any company locations before I order online again!

I ordered my jacket weeks ago and it has not arrived.

To add the order did eventually arrive. The jacket was terrible quality. I requested to send it back. They don’t take returns. I got a £6.00 refund that’s all. The jacket was not even good enough to go to a charity shop.
Do not use this company.

I can't believe I've fallen for this. Ordered a pink cardigan, looked just what I wanted. Alarm bells started to ring when it was taking so long to arrive. Yes, rubbish from China. I am now battling for a refund. I'll accept 80%. Wish me luck!

My order for a jacket was confirmed on 8 April and is still not delivered. Customer Services have quickly responded to my enquires, which I appreciate, but the company would do far better to clarify when garments are coming from overseas (as mine clearly is) and that a 5-8 day delivery time is simply not going to happen. As it is, the jacket will be delivered too late for the event for which it was ordered. So one angry customer all through failing to be frank about the length and reason for the delay.

My son ordered a suit 3rd of April and still waiting on it getting delivered

So cross. I placed order on 30th of March for £144. I expected my order to arrive by 7th - 8th April. Nothing. I have emailed Fawnbury and ignored. I have called and no answer. Is this company actually legitimate?

Fantastic service, there support was very nice i can always appreciate good customer service! Will be returning quickly
