Refund provided for Poor Customer Service
Over the past month I have submitted several negative reviews on Tagsley and their lack of Customer Support with regards to Product Delivery and the Lack of the ability to provide a Tracking Number. After a month I did end up receiving a Tracking Number and the items I ordered.
Today I was offered a 25% Refund on the value of the items I purchased which I accepted and the Refund has now been processed. I do thank Tagsley for the acknowledgment of the very poor customer service. I just hope that my complaints have prompted Tagsley to review their Customer Support Process and in future they will address issues in a timely manner.

Your company was using deceiving ways to get customers order your products, and I could not cancel right after the order when I realized it, even I got the email response from customer services before they were shipped. I don't want either order and need to return them. the 2nd order came very late last week.

-- As soon as you put in your order, you will be bombarded with messages and ads to buy more related products, or to buy more cards at even lower prices. Apparently they can actually make a profit selling these for less than 1/3 of what you'll be paying.
-- The product will take 12-15 "business days" to arrive, at best. Sure, if Friday only sorta kinda counts as a "business day".
-- The product you receive will not say "Tagsley". There will be a different name on the box, and a third name when you try to contact the company with a problem, which you will. The company apparently buys a variety of cheap cards from any factory, sells them under made-up names, and has no one available who knows anything about them.
-- I ordered three. Tried to charge two of them with no success. The charging light does not stay on, even as a blink, to let you know if the product is charging. Tried to charge one of them for 8 hours, the other more than 12. Neither one took any charge at all.
-- The company refund/return policy will require *you* to pay for shipping. OR, they will let you skip the hassle of returning the useless products, IF you will accept a refund of only 25% of your original purchase price.
TL;DR -- Don't. Don't. Do not. Don't.

I would love to give no stars. Like so many I thought I was ordering from an Australian site and then after it converted to US dollars. I bought 3 and 1 charger. Add on come up and I said no thanks. Looking at confirmation I was charged for 2 additional cards and 3 additional chargers. I contacted them within 2 minutes in which they said it was too late to cancel the courier had already collected. No problem just return what you don’t want. When trying to return they said I would have to pay for the return as per their policy. Total scam. Which is a shame as their product isn’t half bad.

I wish i had read the reviews here firstly as i would NOT have ordered from this company. Same problem. Ordered 6 March. NO tags for 1+ month. Customer service saying what they can - but numerous requests to have the order cancelled and money retuned ignored. DO NO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not buy from the ‘Official’ website: www tagsleytrackercard .com as the price summary displayed as discounted prices is not what they charge you (quoted $29 and charged $149) and when you try to checkout there are popups that try to get you to add additional products with no way to decline and proceed. I then tried to back out of the order and it then processed it not once but twice. Contacted Tagsley help within 15 minutes of order placement and although their initial response back to me was prompt, they told me it was too late to cancel (30 minutes after order placement). The solution I was given was to wait until they’re delivered ‘give them a go’ (you might change your mind) and if not return them under the 30 day guarantee. So I’m now 10 times out of pocket on the quoted price and it’s my issue to solve via a return. I honestly couldn’t care how could the product is at this point. I won’t even be opening the package, it’ll be going straight back. What an absolute misrepresentation of pricing and ordering through the purchasing process. Thanks for doing nothing to fix your issues.

DO NOT order from this company!
Geez, what a bad experience! I clicked on what turned out to be a “Sponsored” review that raved about Tagsley. I added one tracking card to the cart, and was immediately offered bonuses. I pressed on the “no thanks, not interested” teeny tiny text under the offer, but the bonus was added. This happened several times, with absolutely no way out, no way to go back, no way to cancel anything or remove items from the cart. I left the site without completing the order. In under a minute I received an email stating that my order was received and , no kidding, the order was “out for delivery!!!” I emailed customer help, received an email telling me the item had already been shipped (5 minutes later) and could not be cancelled. Sent another email, was told the warehouse had already shipped it and I could wait to receive it and then return it. Called customer service and was told the same thing - once the warehouse ships it no cancellations are accepted. Tell me how it was shipped within 5 minutes. Total scam.

Absolute terrible service
Echo what other reviews have said. They don’t allow you to cancel your order even when the request is made minutes after submitting. Terrible customer experience. They use outdated hostage tactics to make sales.

I made a mistake with my shipping address and it was resolved quickly. Top notch customer service.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Tried to get an invoice sent to. Chatbot responds by email, trying to cancel my order. Spoke to someone on the phone- they said they sent me the invoice. It never reached my email, and she said she had to go and hung up. Feels like a scam- we will see if the order ever comes in.
