They upsell with a hard to access no thank you . There is no provision to review the order before purchasing. The phone customer service line is possibly not manned they automatically fulfill the order and send it to shipping that you cannot apparently cancel it because it is in shipping at 11 PM in Lithuania!!! I am so ticked off that I will probably send the entire order back regardless of the cost. Do not buy from these folks the want to rip you of

die berechneten (und bezahlten!) "Waren" wurden auch nicht geliefert. Man kann und muss "tagsley"wohl als betrügerisch bezeichnen............
das "Zeugs" ist jetzt doch noch gekommen - nach über 5 Wochen!! ist abr irrelevant, da "das Zeugs" ganz überwiegend nicht funktioniert un auchvon Fachleute nicht "zum Laufen" gebracht werden konnte

**UPDATE: Several back and forth emails that were continued to be unsatisfactory. Opened a Paypal dispute. I am happy to say I received an email from Tagsley today saying that they have refunded cost of xtra order. I appreciate that they resolved my issue and I hope that this communication improves.**
I ordered it from Canadian website but was charged in US funds which I never would have used. Billing was confusing as others have mentioned because it looks like I bought 4! Instead of 2. I immediately tried to cancel and got automatic reply and when they replied shortly thereafter - said they couldnt cancel as it was already being shipped to me!! All within 15-20 minutes! She said I am welcome to return it on my own expense when they arrive. Thankfully I used Paypal and Im hoping they will be more helpful

ordered over a month ago. very good initial CS email response, but went cold. never provided shipping info (because it never shipped apparently). phone line, no one answers. still haven't received. SCAM

DO NOT DO IT!! I placed my order thirteen days ago and it is sitting in China. After four days I emailed to cancel my order and was told I could not because it had already been shipped. I asked for a tracking number. I then contacted AmEx to dispute the charge which they handled. Five days shower asking for tracking number it was provided. Unable to review the product because I will never get it!

Good website but checkout was a little suspect and a 28$ fee was attempted to be charged to my credit card on top of the order. A little suspect.

The check out process was a bit confusing with some extra charges checked by default (warrenty) and pop ups for more items. Read carefully. I contacted support and they corrected these problems for me. The products themselves seem to work as advertised. Support was very responsive.

Tagsley sends out second orders and charges your credit card without being authorized to do.
They are very deceptive and in my opinion “dishonest”.

Easy to use website

I previously wrote a review on Tagsley and received a very lame response from them. No apology, just an excuse, which was a total lie. After 2 weeks, I still haven’t received the order. During these 2 weeks and after multiple email attempts to reach them (& only getting standardized responses, that they were busy), the reply was, we’ll look in to it. No offer to help, no acknowledgment of my frustration. Nothing helpful. I would never engage with this company whose unethical upselling and lack of communication has been infuriating. There are much better and easier options.

Used this for helping to keep track of my mum who is suffering from dementia. We have put them in her coats. Very useful. Thus, I have chosen to purchase more.

Quality product at a good price

Do not use this company. They added on lots of additional charges not included in original price. I immediately asked them to cancel order. They said there was a time limit but I was well within it and they still did not cancel. They kept sending pre form emails and texts about order including asking me to buy more. They also put payment as automatic which I did not sign up for. Now they say I have to wait until arrives to return and get credit but that I am responsible to pay to return. Terrible. Adding I have contacted this company multiple times and seem to get same formula back they need only look at all the emails to see the same information that they refused to cancel an order to which they added unexpected and unlisted monies. There is no reason I should have to keep dealing with them or go through the hassle of a return before getting credit as I advised them within 5 minutes of placing order

I canceled my order within 5-10 minutes of placing it, only to be told, I was too late, they were already shipping it. Getting in touch with anyone at customer service was next to impossible. Days later, I received an email telling me it was being shipped "that day." I don't like being lied to and I don't like not being able to reach a customer service agent. I switched to Spotminders and received their "tag" within 24 hours with ZERO hassles. In fact, they reached out and were both appreciative and kind and available.
