I just don't like all the additional pages trying to get me to purchase more - and the small print is ridiculous
It feels sneaky - almost didn't buy after all because of this
I was looking at another company but yours was recommended as the best product otherwise I would have gone elsewhere

It was an easy fix but the representative got back to me within an hour. Excellent in today's world of poor customer service.

I canceled my order 5 hours after ordering and the customer service rep informed me that they will stop the order and refund my total. I be then got it in the mail and it was never refunded. I’m upset about that and requested a return of the product and am waiting for a shipping lzz as ble.

Never sent me a copy of the invoice. When Pay Pal sent me the charge, they broke it down. They charged for shipping and 4 warranty’s that i did not ask for. PayPal informed me that I had also signed up for a subscription!!!! I did not. I am working with PayPal to get my money back and cancel the subscription. A total nightmare.

Ordering is simple and quick.

Feeling how I feel right now, if I could give a zero rating I would. I placed an order in excess of $200-Australian dollars with Tagsley either on or just before the 6th May 2026. Payment was taken immediately. I did not see an order confirmation email and do not believe I received one. My bank, thinking that the transaction/company looked suspicious blocked my payment and cancelled my credit card. Because I paid via PayPal however PayPal debited a default savings account for the funds and I have been embroiled in an issue with them ever since as, apparently I was supposed to deal directly with Tagsley if unhappy. The problem is that Tagsley seem to give AI-type responses when you email their support team and will neither address you by name nor give you specific information about your order, shipping information or the company’s contact details when you ask for it….they fall silent. I’ll also add that 2 or 3 days ago I received an email notifying that my order had been shipped. I didn’t have time to open the email at the time. When I went to look for it today however it was gone and is nowhere to be found. Emails from legitimate and reputable companies do not just disappear. I am not expecting to receive the items I ordered by the way. For a company that wants you to believe they are legit they today feel like a scam company to me. I feel that I was lured into buying from them by false online claims that their ‘Ultra-slim Tracking Card’ (compatible with ‘Apple Find My’) was the best tracking card of it’s type on the market and now suspect that the link attached was dodgy. BEWARE!!!

Ich habe den Kauf abgebrochen, nachdem mir ein höherer Preis im Warenkorb angezeigt wurde. Dann habe ich die Sendung anders gestückelt, leider ohne Ergebnis. Um so verwunderte zeigte ich mich nach Erhalt Ihrer Bestellbestätigung.
Meine Stornierung und Widerspruch vor dem Versand wurde nicht akzeptiert. Zwischenzeitlich habe ich Hoffnung, da ich die Artikel zurücksenden kann. Der angeforderte Retoure-Aufkleber liegt noch nicht vor.

Doing business with this company. I ordered and tried to cancel within 15 min and was informed that the warehouse has already packed and shipped. 2 days later the product ( with tracking number provided) is still in China warehouse.

Hard to get through purchasing quickly if I did not want other options. Also not easily understood if the charger comes with the card or not?

They were able to answer my questions quickly and promptly

The latest support person Maxine was excellent but the previous experience with 2-3 other support people was not very good and a waste of time. Maxine listened well and understood my issue and gave good instructions. Maxine changed my view of Tagsley from zero to four. My problem was that I was triple charged when I ordered on-line. I called immediately when it was clear I was over billed but said it was too late to adjust and said to wait til the packages arrived. The website where I ordered was very confusing and bombarded me with "do you want this" at multiple steps "do you want this"...."do you want this", etc. The constant bombardment may have caused me to create multiple orders.....but when I realized my mistake when getting confirmation e.mail I realized the overcharge and immediately call your support team. I bought this tracker card for my wife but only wanted 1 card for now NOT three and (I didn't want any warranty but was charged anyway). So, with Maxine's help, I may order others for my family if the card works out well.....so she definitely changed my view of Tagsley.

Good sales experience but felt a bit different to usual with the step by step up sale. A bit weary. Will report back if good received

I purchase 4 however the price on the original offer was different than what I was billed with no explanation.
