If I could give 0 stars I would!!!
I placed my order 5 weeks ago and complain every week that they have not delivered the product or given me a working tracking number!!!!
They respond to my requests each time by apologizing and asking me to verify my address.
After posting this negative review they got in touch with me to say that they were assigning someone to look into my complaint, and a few days later I received notice that it had shipped.
I received the cards today (August 19) about 7 weeks after placing the order.
The pairing instructions in the box are pretty useless and I had to ask Siri how to do it but it seems to work fine after I followed her advice.
If I have any additional comments to make based on further negative or positive experiences I’ll see if I can update this review.
Given this poor experience so far I would not advise anyone to purchase these!!

Am 10. Juli 2026 drei Karten bestellt, am 7. August 2026 wurde die Bestellung geliefert, das sind vier Wochen Lieferzeit!!! X-Mal nachgefragt auch nach Trackingcode.

Buyer beware, this is a total scam. I ordered the product a month and a half ago and it has still not arrived. Customer Service keeps telling me to wait an additional 10 to 14 business days because of shipping delays, but I don’t even have a tracking number or proof that the product even shipped in the first place. I am repeatedly asking them to just refund my money and now they are saying they are going to send a replacement product. I am currently in the process of trying to dispute the charge with Capital One and recover my money.

Horribly long shipping. Zero customer service. Basically a scam site.

Ordering from their website was a parade of pop-ups constantly trying to up-sell me more things I wasn’t interested in. Immediately after I ordered they said the my 2 cards were ready for shipment and sent me a tracking number. But it is 6 weeks now, and the tracking is inactive because the “package hasn’t arrived at the carrier.” I have contacted customer service several times and they don’t provide any help or additional information. I wouldn’t order from these people again — seems like a scam.

They take your money immediately at the order. Yet, they do not give you an esd. 30 plus days later all you get are automated emails and a paid call service. I’ve tried online resolution 3 times and only get automated reviews.
Facts. I ordered June 28 and still cannot get an ESD.

this company somehow got our credit card details and charged us for items from their website that we never ordered and even added on extended warranties. Attempts to contact the company were futile and they are refusing to refund the fraudulent payment. We don't even know what it is that they are apparently sending to us. Total scam. Police have been notified.

Had a question about my shipping address.
They got back to me right away.

Easy process. Only downside is I didn't see a way to go back and amend or change the order once I started.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered their tags because I’m going away and they were rated as very good tags. Once you order, it says you’ll receive a tracking number 24 hours later. To date I have not received the product or a tracking number. I requested a refund multiple times. Victoria from Tagsley keeps insisting that my package is enroute so she cannot issue a refund at this time nor can she give me an estimated delivery date. If you are reading this prior to ordering, save yourself the time, energy and frustration and order from a reputable company.

**Over a month later and still receiving replies stating they are looking into it--and still no tracking number or product received AND no refund**. Trip is over. I no longer need the product you promised to deliver by 7/21. SEND REFUND

The site makes it very difficult to decline the several upsell offers.

I ordered 4 tags. The warranty was added on, which I was not aware. I have not gotten my products after 20 days. I cannot even see if they were shipped. I asked for a refund and have gotten 2 emails saying that if they have not shipped then I would get a refund. No follow ups since then. This is a scam! Don’t buy!

Update 8/10/2026 Tagsley replied to this review that they escalated the issue, and still no one has contacted me as of today 8/13/2026. Luckily PayPal got me a refund 8/3/2026. I recommend definitely go through a credit card or PayPal so that you can get your money back if you do order from them.

I suspect the large discount offered is a marketing ruse that shouldn't be allowed. I base this on only ever seeing "up to 75% off", routinely being offered on their webpages, and even at the discounted price, the sum paid is hardly good value for money.
My other main cricism is the speed of delivery. The item is supposedly now en route - having been ordered over 4 weeks ago. There has been no information passed to me giving the reason for such slow service. In other words, it doesn't matter how good the product turns out to be, false discounting and keeping customers in the dark about delayed delivery times is simply unacceptable.

I ordered 2 cards over three weeks ago and due to up charging and other fees I was charged more than I was expecting. I have been asking for a refund for over a week and the response is hilarious. They can’t refund my money because the product has shipped, so I am ask for a tracking number and they say they are generated after the product is shipped. Horrible company!!

Like many other people the add on process of ordering is horrendous with more items being ordered than you want. It’s opt out rather than opting in and I bet I am not the only “millionth customer” on these reviews. You can’t review your order before it processed

Exceptional customer care service

I am only commenting on the ordering process not the product. I haven’t received the product yet. Ordering was smooth, only issue was all of the upsells. Every time I thought I was complete with my order another upsell was offered.
