Very intuitive and smooth platform

We were looking for software for our annual survey — something that could take people on a different journey depending on their answers (e.g. if they haven’t bought before, why?).

I was able to create a sophisticated survey in Formflow in under an hour without watching any tutorials or reading documentation. I love how easy it is to drag from box to box and customise the styling to match our branding.

Support from Formflow to integrate with Klaviyo was prompt and helpful.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiz builder or survey tool.

I have purchased the lifetime plan with the limitation of 1000 sends per month. It works flawlessly and I am happy. They try to upsell with new functions with monthly payment but anyway the standard service is more than enough for my Company's need.
Servers are stable and all is working properly.

Formflow is, without exaggeration, the best form builder of all time.

For me, Getformflow nailed what I needed for lead pre-qualification. Fast setup, clean layout, zero friction. But honestly, it’s not just for that. The interface is simple enough that you don’t overthink anything, and it loads crazy fast. Dropping it into my site took seconds, and even using it as a standalone link worked perfectly.

It feels like one of those tools that can grow into whatever you want: lead gen, surveys, applications, workflows… pretty much anything. It’s straightforward, reliable, and gives off that “this is only the beginning” vibe.

I’ve really enjoyed using Formflow because it’s simple, affordable, and it actually works the way I need. When I first found it, I wasn’t sure if it was legit because it was still new and didn’t have many reviews, but I gave it a try and I’m glad I did. Google Forms was too basic for my needs, and Typeform or Jotform were just too expensive. What I like most is that Formflow lets me set up the routes and answers exactly how I want, and it connects easily with other apps. Another thing that really surprised me is how the developer keeps improving the platform and communicates every update. It feels personal, like someone is really paying attention to what users need. Overall, it has been a really good experience.

I was able to build a custom client intake form in under 2 hours. It was easy to install decision trees and get the end notification I wanted.

A great software solution at an amazing price. Form creation is easy and the results look professional.

It's early day (Nov 2025) for FormFlow but they are constantly developing functionality.

I also have to commend Jason from FormFlow for interacting with FormFlow users. You just don't get that service elsewhere.

Support has been very responsive so I trust they will continue to focus on creating a competitive form builder. I was able to quickly create a scoring quiz for an online lead generator that looks great with the entry level package so I'm a fan.

Not only is it hands down the most intuitive form builder software I’ve ever seen, but the passion the founder has for the product is second to none. It’s amazing to see a founder who could be just counting dollars but instead chooses to stay in the trenches, listening to people and implementing feedback. This is definitely going to be the go-to form builder tool over the next few years.

Formflow is great because its founder is a very open communicator. This app can build a form you need quickly. The only downside (which is actually an upside) is that it is powerful under the hood and can take time to understand it all. It can do more than you know, so dive deeply and you'll find a wealth of uses for it.

Great platform with active development. They fixed a bug I reported really quickly! I'm excited to see what's planned and all the upcoming updates and features.
