Absolutely great. For 6 months I worried about the repair of my Bose NC700s and being out of warranty, I despaired at the amount Bose offered me to get a new headset. I replaced my day-to-day headphones with in-ear monitors, aftershock headphones and my old Bose AE2ws but none of them beat the NC700s.

Luckily, these guys managed to get it done at a reasonable price and I would happily use them again as I love ensuring my well-used hardware is kept around for the longest time possible! Thanks so much!

Really really good service - the repair work can take quite a while until completion but the GIF Team keep you updated on progress (although there is a premium charge option for express service). What I like best is GIF have given a lot of thought to the whole journey from start to finish; labels to postage - not just the repair work which is high quality.

They fixed my zepplin at a good price. saved it from the bin, manufacturer woukld not assist.

I have my 20years old Musical Fidelity Ai repaired with Get It Fix. I appreciated they informed me procedure and cost on each step. I have it back and it is working again nicely.

Recommended.However,if you live outside UK check regarding return carriage.You may have to organise carriage yourself.

Stupidly I used a wrong charger and killed my Revitive foot massager machine, found Get It Fixed via Google and sent it to them for repair.
Came back good as new, so relieved and much cheaper than buying a new machine.
Definitely would use them again.

So pleased I did I thought my Bowsers and Wikins A7 soubd system was finished.

Everything was done by post.
The iPod speaker needed a new power board. I was given a total cost and advised to have the capacitors replaced at the same time. An additional cost was given. This saved on labour.
They repaired it. I paid for it. It came back by post and everything was easy.
I will use them again as I have a lot of vintage hifi equipment.

Currently I'm using their services,send them a massage gun to be fixed and I can tell you this is not my first time working with them and they are professional and fast in their work,the price is reasonable and I'm very thankful they are still in business( as they should)

This is a company which I found in desperation on the internet.I gave them a chance and boy am I glad I did.
No local electronics company wanted to touch my problem.
From first contact GETIT FIXED LTD couldn`t have been more helpful from diagnosing the problem to ordering spare parts and then fixing it.
An easy simple way they have of going through the stages of the whole process.
As an owner of a 20 year amplifier which I didn`t want to get rid of,both for cosmetic and sentimental reasons,they made me very happy not only for even wanting to look at it whilst other companies wouldn`t because of it`s age and extremely happy because it could be fixed.I have used GET IT FIXED LTD since with positive results and will use again when the time arises.

Repaired my A&K portable player replacing a damaged battery. Instructions for postage very clear. Took a few weeks due to need to access parts but returned with care and fully functioning. Very impressed with work and service.

Took ages, was expensive, and there's NO WAY to contact anyone and get updates. No responses to emails either... and it turns out they didn't even fix the fault when the unit was returned!!

the requested repair was on an old rotel ra313 amplifier, with power supply issues and a failed led indicator.
the pre paid deposit by bank transfer was a leap of faith. the overall charges and postal costs were fair.
the repair on the power supply resolved the funtion problem and is still working 3 years later. the led was missed but didn't affect the repair, a cosmetic problem. after requesting a warranty, which wasn't required as the issue was an interconnect fault my end. the compant responded politely and efficiently , even though it wasn't a warranty issue. i would like to use them again on this performance.

It was a fairly long wait, but the repair was excellent and still is months later. Would fully recommend.
