The company I work for has been using Jobber since 2014. Across the years, I have interacted with dozens of their support team members and can honestly say they have always been incredibly attentive and focused on resolving the issues I am experiencing. Serious email delivery issues
I really wanted Jobber to work for my business, but over 60% of my estimates aren’t even viewed by clients. The emails are sent from a generic Jobber domain (jobbermail.com), which most clients ignore or never see. I followed all best practices, but it hasn’t solved the problem. If your business depends on estimates, be careful, this can seriously affect your sales.

Jobbers free trial is a scam!
Don't trust this company. They are actively attemping fraud against me. Their salesman sold me on the free trial but my cc was charged $424 and after immediately calling to cancel and request a refund am being told that nothing can be done since jobber has a no refund policy. So now I'm stuck filing out a cc dispute and an FTC fraud complaint. BEWARE, do not give your business to this bunch of criminals. Update: After posting this review, I was contacted and refunded.

Everyone in support has been amazing to deal with - and despite some minor inconveniences with software abilities - we get the BEST support of any other company we deal with. I specifically want to mention Ailen at this time because of how frantic I was with a certain request I was unable to respond to. She kept me calm and let me know that she would help. While everyone there is amazing, Ailen was more than patient and courteous to my panic, which I can see may be frustrating to deal with. I appreciate that from the team. And thank you Ailen.

At 70 years young
At 70 years young, I have started a new business in the midst of retirement -- with two younger partners. I am a bit 'old-fashioned', new to all this automation and integration. I'm used to pencil-to-paper.
Everyone I have encountered with JOBBER has been knowledgeable, patient, and excellent at teaching this elder person the steps to come into the 21st Century.
JOBBER makes scheduling, quotes, invoicing, etc. so easy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

🚨 JOBBER HAVE FROZEN MY MONEY
Jobber have frozen my payments without reason for "At least 120 days". this means I am owed roughly £700 for customer payments through jobber which i cannot access for at least 4 months.
I would not recommend using jobber if you're wanting to receive the money you have worked hard for!
The email I got back was an automated response with nothing helpful in.

Will scam you with subscription costs
App is decent. Had an issue with the subscription — tried to cancel after I lost access to my phone. I couldn’t log in so I removed the payment method instead. Two months after that, they still charge the card I removed on file. Now in talks to finally cancel it but they’re saying it’s my fault for not changing my number which I need to do ID verification for now. And guess what… only they can change the phone number after verification, and the team that changes numbers only communicates via email every 1-3 business days.
Update: verified my ID… still can’t get into my account. So they just want to lie, make it impossible to chancel, and continue charging your card.

This company has gone downhill for…
This company has gone downhill for sometime. I've been using them for about 8 years. Pricing was good, and they were adding features that made sense. Now, to run a small business with 10 users it's about $10,000 a year. For a scheduling app it's excessive. They used COVID as an excuse to raise prices and have continued to raise their prices. Lot's of other great alternatives to use.
