I just finished a support call with Ailen and she was excellent. I feel very heard and even though she did not tell me what I had hoped Jobber integration to QBO would do - she offered to tell the developers that we need to be able to turn off invoice auto sync but be able to turn on payment sync after we manually import invoices to QBO. I do not like the way the invoices can be duplicated by our staff and then I have to sort out the several dupliate invoices or change the customer name in QB to make it sync so I just un-integrated the two. But now I need the payment part to work, but it won't.

I worked with Sophia from Jobber support and had a very positive experience. At first there was a small misunderstanding, but she listened carefully, clarified everything, and resolved the issue properly. She was polite, professional, and patient throughout the process. Issues can always come up, but what matters most is how they’re handled—and in this case, Sophia did an excellent job.

The product book now button did not work for me, and as I signed up for a year thinking that it is going to increase my bookings, I am not able to get a refund, so be careful not to sign up for a year they wont refund, DONT TRUST from the beginning. They have promised they would take a look, but to be honest for a $300 I can not spend my whole time talking to them chatting and explaining etc, all I can say Setmore worked better for me than Jobber, maybe because of their booking page, Jobber has no pictures and is forcing you to put a price of 0 or smth which hinders customers to book, whereas with setmore you have pictures of your product or service , the page design is not "heavy" as jobber's is, so I think jobber has to change its booking online page, I recommend the design to be given to a positive person rather than a "proffesional"

Jobber support quickly resolved my issue. I was having difficulty sending out quotes to clients but they addressed the safety issue that was blocking my ability to send out quotes. My issue was solved in less than 5 minutes.

Unauthorized Charge via Jobber Platform
Jobber’s platform allowed a contractor to charge my stored credit card without my consent. The only option I agreed to was “keep this card on file,” which clearly means storage, not authorization for future charges. When I raised this, Jobber refused to address the privacy issue, insisting it was just a “billing dispute” between me and the contractor.
In my view, Jobber's platform and/or applicable terms contain serious gaps that fail to protect end users, and this particular issue represents a serious failure of privacy practices. Jobber’s system design permitted unauthorized use of my personal payment information, contrary to their own stated terms and applicable privacy laws.
I have filed a formal complaint with the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner in connection with this issue.
Consumers should be very cautious about storing their card information on this platform.

We are customers for nearly a year now and we are Generally Very happy with Jobber. But, more specifically, we are Very happy with the support and technical assistance that Jobber has provided several times over the course of this year.
Your team is professional educational and always willing to assist on the spot. Whereas, we depend on Jobber for many aspects of the business it always seems to come down to the money as most important in todays world. So it really matters when Jobber is available to assist us immediately but, it is really appreciated when the matter of business that Jobber is assisting us with is related to the money aspect of services provided and we are not put off, called back later or forced to wait for any reason. Jobber is ready to assist us from the minute they answer the call and for as long as it takes until we are satisfied that the problem has been resolved.
So many companies today drop off their effort after point of sale has been wrapped up and their technical support functions like an after thought.
It's refreshing to know with confidence that when we have an issue of any kind (money or other) that Jobber has a well prepared team and enough people employed on their team to always give immediate competent assistance in resolving any issue that we have encountered.
Lastly, I'd like to say that we are Not a Big client for them we employ about 10 people and our office has only 3 employees with access to Jobber. So i would guess relatively small compared to the access plans they provide for many Bigger companies. To me, that makes a Huge difference in doing business with them. The fact that we are treated with the same urgency, the same priority and we get the same assistance as any of their much bigger customers.
I Love it! Thank you Jobber and Jobber staff for doing your job well. We definitely Appreciate it her at Solar Life enterprises, Inc.
