What can I say but WOW.

Future homes by Nationwide Have just installed my new windows and doors (They look great), on completion I was delighted to learn that they had included the latest smart tech (KUBU), but as a technophobe I was a bit apprehensive about getting it set up. however, I shouldn’t have worried as the installation was very straightforward requiring no special tools or IT skills. The functionality and added security this system now affords me is amazing. I particularly like the geofencing element as this notifies me when leaving the property about any windows and doors which have not been locked. Great product and great customer service. I honestly can't fault the KUBU team or the product (big shout out to Morgan and Shaun for your support when setting this system up)

This installation was completed one week after my wired house alarm developed a fault. Having paid a leading alarm company £85 for a call out, only to be told that they couldn’t repair it, adding that a new system would be needed at a cost of circa £1000, and a monitoring service charge of £25 per month. However having now seeing the security benefits which KUBU provides I will be removing my old alarm completely and saving myself that expense. as the KUBU system affords me a home security and monitoring system at a fraction of the cost whilst avoiding the monthly fee.

The future is here, thanks KUBU.

Needing a replacement window I chose Reliant Windows after reading good reviews for the company, it was a good choice, with the window came a Kubu Sensor pack which linked to a app on my phone it warns me if I've left a window open, I rang Kubu costomer service for initial help and they have a very fast response to thier customer needs, I spoke to Tom who guided me through the initial setting up which was straight forward. I am very pleased with this new piece of security and would highly recommend Kubu Smart Security and Reliant Windows for a very professional job

Never heard of Kubu until we bought a house recently that was installed with new doors + windows that supported, so took a chance to see what it was about. Unfortunately my original order got sent to the wrong address but received possibly the best aftercare service in recent memory, the order was resent and we also had additional support from an engineer who came out to install and demo the sensors on our front door and window. The product is very impressive and works extremely well, I'll definitely be ordering more in the future!

Great product and great customer service. I honestly can't fault them and really appreciate the conversation I've had recently by phone to fix an issue I was having. The product itself has already proved itself worth the investment as the peace of mind it provides in knowing doors are locked is invaluable

Kubu is the gadget we didn't know we needed till we have it and now its fully up and running its amazing.

It compliments the Ring security to know your home is safe.

Why is this such a secret the world needs this. Insurance companies should be targeting this as a weapon against crime.

I had a problem and Kubu responded promptly. When the suggestion did not work they replaced the unit without any quibble

We recently had new windows and doors fitted and Kubu came as part of the package.
Set up was super easy but I had an issue with connecting the door. Spoke to Kubu who were great, went through some trouble shooting but realised that the sensors I had been sent had since been updated so sent all new sensors for the whole house.
New sensors set up a breeze and any issues got through to Kubu who resolved the issue quickly.
Product 10/10 - app easy to use and can use sureshield for extra security when away.
Customer service - 11/10 everyone I’ve spoken to is super helpful and knows who to contact for best results.

We had an offer with our new windows and doors for Kubu products. The first products sent out were for incorrect windows, not Kubus fault as we had to change design due to planning but Kubu didn't hesitate to send out the correct items. We've just got around to fitting everything and it's an excellent system. The aftercare team are brilliant and will talk you through anything you don't understand and follow a call up to check you are sorted. Well done Kubu, great service!

Tom dealt with our problem until it was resolved . He was very patient and courteous throughout. We had a new door and I struggled to connect it to the Kubu hub. No fault of the product, a lack of experience from me! The door was fitted by Droylsden Glass and their fitter did an excellent job. All in all a great experience from both companies.

I've had the Kubuk lock sensor and hub for a couple of years now. It worked great until recently when it stopped working. The support I received from Erin and Kerry was excellent. They tried without success to get me up and running again. After much trying they sent me a new hub and sensor free of charge and have my old one back to try to get to the bottom of the issue. Thank you again, I would highly recommend.

Morgan kept in touch until problem resolved.
Our front door was just over 2 years old when lock broke. Under warranty so fitter changed lock but by mistake took Kubu Sensor .Door firm got a replacement sensor but we could not remove old sensor on line. messaged Kubu and Morgan sorted it for us.

I had issues with alignment where the manufacturers of my windows had not marked the correct places to locate the sensor’s. Shaun came out and sorted everything with the minimal of fuss in a short space of time. Shaun was polite, helpful and professional at all times and went the extra mile to double check everything was at it should be.

Had a new composite door fitted with the Kubu system installed.
The fitters were were great and completed a fantastic job. The Kubu system was easy to set up on my phone, just download the app and follow the easy instructions.
The door looks great and would recommend the Kubu safety system. The door was fitted by Stafford Windows, great job carried out....

Had new windows fitted the included provision for KUBU system. On coming to install the sensor on the first window, when I tried the sensor would not fit it fowled when closing. I did not try to fit the others until the problem with the first one was resolved. Contacted the window supplier, they said they did not do follow ups on KUBU system and I should contact them. Phoned KUBU they could not have been more helpful. Sent Shaun one of their engineers, He arrived on time found the problem straight away it was not a fault with KUBU but with the window frame caused during installation. He rectified it the he fitted all of the other sensor. System is great, service excellent, Shaun a fantastic engineer so helpful and knowledgeable.

Just had new windows and doors installed and decided to add Kubu Smart security, called for help with the installation and the team couldn’t have been more helpful.
The next day the door sensor had failed,
Rang the help line and spoke to Erin who sent out a replacement door sensor straight away.
Easy to install and soon up and running.
This is a great product and I even get alerts on my iPhone.
Would definitely recommend.

After having new windows fitted, adding Kubu security was the obvious choice, easy to fit and set up except for one window (due to a manufacturing problem), tech support were great, even sending a technician out to sort! Great service. App is good, looking forward to retro fitting sensors to my old doors when they become available. Highly recommend! Well done Kubu.

Through no fault of there own I had some Issues with setting the system up so contacted Kubu directly.Everything that followed thereafter was a breeze They talked me through the whole process and even assisted in registering the equipment i could not recommend them enough great service support and care

A great experience with Kubu, who have explained in great detail how this additional security add-on works along with the benefits associated with it.
Coupled with Hurst doors this offers a state of art solution for the home. Easily installed and hooked up to the home WiFi. One word of explanation is the door sensor is paired out of the door close to the hub, installed into the door after successful completion. A useful tool flagging when the door is unlocked/locked. Thank you Kubu.
