I can’t say enough about Maryam, her tenacity to keep on with my case has been unbelievable. If I had done my claim myself I would have given up, as it looked like there wasn’t really any hope for my final salary pension from 30 years ago, that I stupidly swapped for a mis-sold private one. At the age of 60 I called the pension company, as it should pay out, to be told there was nothing as I had moved my final salary to a private pension, and the private pension was now worthless. Distraught, I called spencer Churchill and Maryam dealt with my case. She has single handed, won me a 6 figure payout, for which I and my family will be indebted to her and her hard work. We can now be financially secure. She communicated with me every time there was an update or needed more information. I can’t say its been easy for her or myself, and it’s taken time to win the case, but she was so confident and committed and kept telling me, it will work out when I got despondent. Spencer Churchill Law provided the professional know how and knowledge to progress this miss-sold pension claim, which was sold to me back in 1990.
It has taken a long time to resolve and has been a relatively complex one to sort out, partly due to a lost payment between the Banks/Building Society and the Pension provider and all this going back to the 1990’s.
I would also like to give a big thank you to Leah who has been fantastic in providing professional support and advice throughout this process.
I was getting calls from Pension company’s, Banks and the Financial Ombudsman Service, but I instructed them to only go through Leah who dealt with them in a professional and efficient manner which took the pressure off of me completely.
Hopefully we are getting near to a claim resolution and pay out very shortly.
