I liked it so much I'm going to buy another one

Fantastic product and amazing support. Mentis sent regular emails offering advice and checking their product was functioning as well as advertised.
I did end up having an issue but this did not directly relate to their product but their customer service was amazing and they have resolved it.
Very impressed.

I honestly wasn't sure about what to expect with this product, however I have been pleasantly surprised with both the Toolkit and the customer service since my initial purchase.
As a junior mycologist on his first grow, there was a lot of uncertainty about how well this setup would perform, however, following instructions to the letter, everything has turned out exactly as advertised.
On the odd couple of occasions, where I had questions, Mentis customer support was prompt in responding and very helpful with their answers to my questions.

I have just had my 1st fruit and they are dehydrating away on the heat strip that is perfect for drying.

I loved the whole growing process and the step by step instructions from mentis made it easy and simple to create some magic.

Hoping for a 2nd and 3rd flush now and would highly recommend

Great straightforward product and brilliant aftercare. Full step by step guide. Everything went pretty much exactly as detailed in their guide. They will replace the grow bag if it gets contaminated. Mine didn't, but I absolutely have no doubt they would. I asked a question on twitter and they got back to me very quickly. Brilliant support for a great product. Highly recommended.

Great communication and the tin is so easy to use. There's a step by step instruction guide so you can't go wrong. Highly recommend if you want to grow some of your own mushrooms.

Quality product with great instructions on the website and nice app to track your progress. Compact and easy to use.

Absolutely first rate customer service and after care, they have contacted me several times to check on progress and are super quick to respond and answer all questions. My first attempt I got sone contam, quite possibly because of the spores used but the guys replace the bags completely free without quibble. The system is small, and sea very little power, no noise, no smell and super super simple to use. Can’t recommend enough,
