The staff were helpful when I had questions on how to navigate on line. It was a learning experience for me. There was no opportunity to negotiate terms of the contract which I felt was important? The website did not allow me to print the terms of the contract so I am waiting for hard copy in mail. GAP ins is great!

Do not use!! Absolutely horrible experience
We bought out our leased car through Mode/GM Fianancial. It has been an absolutely horrible experience. They completely screwed up the title transfer and have been zero help in finding a solution for us. We are unable to register our car and they are now telling us it will be up to two months before we are able to. So we have a car that we are paying $400 a month for that we are unable to drive. I will never use Mode/GM Financial again.

TERRIBLE
TERRIBLE. I’m still in the nightmare mess of this company.
After 36 months of auto withdrawal lease payments to Cadillac Financial; I have been trying to purchase my Cadillac. MODE is a mess and no one knows what is going on. I can only deal with a call center in who knows what country.
