Help removing bloatware from my PC...
I needed help with some re-occurring problems on my PC. I contacted IOLO USTECHSUPPORT for assistance. James was able to identify a few problems, which he addressed, and now my PC is working much better. I'm very satisfied.

Some commendations and feedback
This is a great service! I've used it several times, and in all cases, they have solved my problems. At times the solutions haven't been quick, but they stay at it until the problem gets solved. Two shortcomings that I would like to highlight. First, when calling in, there are times when no one is available, and the system automatically cuts you off and hangs up. It would be much better if they had a callback or message system. Second, when you initially get a person on the line, their job isn't to assist with your problem, but to sell you service. I understand why they do it, but it is annoying! Just say you want to get your problem solved and move on.

My tech was extremely patient with me
My tech was extremely patient with me. I had numerous pop up notifications while he was trying to guide me through the installation process of my Elephant drive, and he resolved those pop up issues quickly. I am 78 and didn't grow up with computers, so I probably needed extra guidance during this session.
