Avoid GetMyDrivers at all costs.
I signed up in May 2025 for their $19.99/month service. It didn’t work as promised, so I tried to cancel the same day. They refused, saying cancellation would happen next month. That never happened. They kept charging me—June, July, and even today (August 18).
I called multiple times to cancel and request a refund. Each time, they ignored me. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
This company is a scam.
They make it nearly impossible to cancel and keep taking your money. Stay far away.

Get My Drivers is not a bad little program & has bought all my drivers up to date.
Unfortunately they pretend to give free tech support with your order, which is only for 15days, they then bill you every 15 days for $23.94 but they dishonestly hide the charge of their Terms & Conditions, they set up an auto-recurring payment, which you don't know untill you suddenly find it, there is no notification at all that they have done this. There is a lot of criticism of them on the web for their underhand & immoral conduct. PayPal are useless at sorting as well so I will be closing my account & recommend that you do as well.

The getmydrivers.com software is worthless. I had to find a malware removal app to get it off my pc, I could not just remove it. I paid 19.95 for nothing but bother and trouble. To add insult to injury, I found I was billed again- I never signed up for this payment.

The company did refund the extra 19.95 on May 27, 2025.

I paid $20 for an annual membership, but two months later, I discovered they were charging me monthly. They denied my refund. Stay far away from this company!

When you call them you go round and round in a circle forever and ever and ever and get absolutely nowhere. And they will not refund me and they charged me twice

The worst software I have ever had the misfortune to buy.
One arm of the company [IOLO] tells me my system won't need an update of GMD's till spring 2026.
Meanwhile I get charged for an update yesterday, @ 15 hrs after the "info email" went to my Junk folder! And I can't get anyone to refund the fee.
This software worked once!
Next timeit told me the verification code "is not valid". So I contacted 'Get My Drivers' and they tell me to download and activate again.
At least 3 X this happened so I have NOT used for months.
But they have my info and continue to bill me!!!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. As others have written here this outfit WILL leave you feeling ripped off by their sly monthly 19.99usd + tax add-on for live support that is vastly overpriced and not what you need.
Chinese scammers could learn some tricks from this company.

I downloaded GetMyDrivers and through the trial it seem to work fine. I received an offer to purchase a year license for $19.95. Once I paid one of the updated drivers crashed my pc and did not create a restore point like it was supposed to. I had to reinstall Windows and all of my apps which took 10 hours. I cancelled online only to find out the $19.99 charge was every three months. I got another charge on my Paypal account so I called Real Defense who bills for GetMyDrivers and spoke to a rude representative who did cancel my recurring payments but refused to refund the latest charge stating it was in the Fine Print. This company is a scam!

Beware of the hidden fees. They will charge you 20 dollars every month. I don't understand why they have so many good reviews. Fake reviews?!

This is a scam. The website states "free download" and that's what I did in May 2024. I ordering this "free" service. After ordering, I believed that I was going to be charged, so I immediately canceled the service. I didn't know I was being charge $20/month until noticing it on my credit card. I immediately cancelled the service. Free is not free with this website. I never downloaded any drivers or had any drivers changed on my computer.

Getmydrivers website was truly clear and precise about its product information. All my questions were answered on the website without any axillary help. Ordering Getmydrivers was extremely easy and downloading onto my computor was a snap. Honestly, I reviewed this product, then made my decision to purchase it within 15 minutes. I downloaded the product to my computer and was running my first scan (in which I found 12 outdated drivers) within 10 minutes. Within forty minutes of finding Getmydrivers website I had updated all my drivers on my laptop computer. Thank you for such an easy solution to my driver problem.

It is so frustrating to spend money on such a product that doesn't provide services as they claim. The software was totally a waste and garbage. Couldn't even scan the virus and malware.

NEB (agent) was very, very helpful and patient.I am 79 yrs old senior. She took her time to explain everything in detail. I was mistaken about my previous order and she cancelled it on my behave which I appreciated very much. Great job!!!

It did fix issues but I shouldn’t have to activate it with the key I purchased

GetMyDrivers Software is great. I needed the product, and it was easy to obtain.

Customer Service as very helpful and went above and beyond to help me. I really do not think changes need to be made. Kindness and respect go a long way.
