Richard was very helpful during the process of applying to my apprenticeship, he replied quickly and was very informative during the whole process.

I was helped by Richard Oliver who not only briefed me prior to my interviews but who also was encouraging and kind throughout the process of finding my first job. I was also called on the days of my interviews to ensure I was attending. Fortunately I was lucky enough to get the job I wanted but even if I hadn't I was still very pleased with the interactions and experience.

The fact that the interview by an officer of the company Clare was to discuss with me the 3 different aspects that the vacancy I am going to attend an interview fir, did not have sny surprises or questions that I did not have the opportunity to prepare for. The 45minute interview was both educative and illuminating and I now have added confidence that once I diligently approach my preparation with the interview tips and high lights given that the result will be a resounding success.

Richard was easy to talk to and made me understand everything in the process from talking to him to what comes next, he was understanding and kind and sounded interested in what you had to say, he's even made another phone call to check on the progress of the application which was really nice and thoughtful and it's great to see that there is someone you can rely on, recommend seeing and talking to Paragonskills as they may hep you out and they'll be nice to talk to so nothing to worry about.
