What an amazing service!
I chose to go with DHL express service from the options which was an absolute bargain for the safe arrival of my passports to the UK from USA for renewal. It was picked up Tuesday afternoon from my home and was delivered to the passport agency UK on Thursday Morning. Very efficient service from both parties ( Getmyparcel and DHL) i Will definitely be using from now on. The customer service received from Getmyparcel was excellent, answered all my questions in a speedy manner. Thankyou for ensuring my documents made it over safely and best of all fast!!

I have used this company several times and they have always been outstanding with competitive prices.
I live in UK and my parents in italy. They frequently come to visit and if they have more than their hand luggage they use this service so don’t waste time at check-in and at arrival.

Easy label printing at home, easy drop off (although they do collect from an address) because it was passports they knew that there had to be codes put on the envelope and reminded me to make sure they were on. Professional, trustworthy and priced affordably for peace of mind

24/7 helpful advice via digital chat or email was invaluable.Agent Nivia was exceptionally helpful and patient with my questions throughout the whole experience of shipping my 13 boxes from Canada to England. She also informed me of the TOR1 form approval that needed to be applied for which I knew nothing about.
However, I would have appreciated being told upfront that Loomis Express would be the courier that was collecting my 3 small shipments on behalf of DHL.
Also, I found having to weigh the boxes by myself as a pensioner very difficult to give an accurate weight therefore I did end up having to pay an extra invoice for the discrepancy.
My 3 shipments did all arrive safely to their destination and a couple of days sooner than scheduled.I would use "Get my parcel" service again and I have already reccomended it to my son for his future move overseas.

I own a boutique in kerala and I was always skeptical about sending my products to overseas customers as I was scared of damage or delay in transit. But once when a very urgent order came I had no choice but to say yes to my customer in UK. I was lucky to come across “Get my parcel” and without any second thoughts I sent my products through them. I was so surprised that it was such a hassle free experience and frankly I found it much easier than sending parcels within india! Get my parcel has been my go-to parcel partner ever since. And once a customer wanted her stuff in such a short notice and inspite of being the busy Christmas season AND the risk of delay due to heavy snow, they reached there before time!

I have never had a customer service representative elsewhere on live chat helping me out late at night and answering all my newbie questions patiently and timely. I feel like a valued customer. Getmyparcel have been fantastic with arranging the shipping of our items from the UK to Canada. There were over 69 boxes with all our house contents and they were so helpful with creating the quote, we got all the right documents and inventory and they were even extra helpful when we had delays causing problems at customs. Ill definately use them again if i need to send any international parcels.
