A really good experience shipping luggage from the UK to Australia. Despite us booking it last minute the process was quick and efficient. Customer service was excellent, answering questions and providing regular updates of our shipment.

I was referred by friends to use this company to ship some personal items back to the UK. I have heard really good feedback so wanted to try them. The online process is really easy to book and I received lots of help on chat and email with my queries. The items were picked up on Wednesday and delivered today! Really helpful and communication was great, had a few issues with fedex collecting my bag so it was delayed a few days but the whole time getmyparcel kept in contact with me to ensure it will be picked up prior to me leaving the country.
got picked up Monday from Scotland and arrived at home in Sydney on the Friday!!

Speedy service! Home pick up on a Sunday in Doha and delivered on Tuesday morning in UK. And at half the price of other providers! Couldn't fault anything with this experience!

Excellent experience from Nivia and Noyal who insured I had the right paperwork and monitored the shipment from start to finish. It came quickly and delivered safely.

I am blown away by the customer service. The communication is excellent. They arrival for pick the package wasn’t ready, I was immediately contacted and arrangement was made to re-arrange collection of my package the next day.
I received clear instructions on what to expect and charges.
This is the best experience I have had sending items from U.K. to Canada. No wonder Brits in Vancouver recommended them for getting item posted to Canada.

The only thing I would love to see if possible is the option for getmyparcel to print the address themselves if customers doesn’t have the ability to print.

I had to send my passport back to the UK from NZ. It had to be tracked. I heard about this company and they were amazing. I had difficulty working out the size of my package. The on line help service worked it out for me and sent me screen shots of how to work out the costings so it was stress free. Much cheaper than post office service . Their Communication was brilliant from time i joined, paid and picked up at my door. all within 24 hours. My passport arrived in UK passport office within 5 days.

DON'T TRUST THE REVIEWS! They're fake!! I used GetMyParcel to send my metal coffee machine overseas, and it arrived practically smashed up. Honestly this this is heavy and hardy, so it must have taken a BATTERING. I've included pictures of what the packages looked like when they arrived and the coffee machine. It's been over a month and the also have not paid me for the amount I insured it with. DON'T USE THEM.

Excellent Service and Delivery. I have not sent parcels to the UK for quite some time because it became so expensive and unreliable. My GetMyParcel was picked up at 5pm CST (USA) on a Monday, and was delivered to the UK by Wednesday afternoon in the UK, and that was during Christmas week! Absolutely delighted and thrilled.

I wanted to send a parcel from Canada to the UK (not using Canada Post) but the prices to courier a modest package were eye-watering when I looked on DHL & UPS own websites. Someone suggested Getmyparcel and although it appears to be a UK site, their prices were significantly less. The parcel was collected from my home the next day and was delivered to the recipient's door only a couple of days later. Perfect! I will definitely use them and recommend to others again in future.

This is my first time sending personal items back home to Australia from UK. Joseph & Nivia were so lovely to deal with and made the process stress free. They educated me with every step.
