I have bought 3 phoned from Orchard. They are in excellent condition and much cheaper than new.
I emailed customer service about something and got a reply very fast.

Getting my new to me phone was seamless. Very happy with it.
Old phone has been returned and just awaiting a credit for it.
I have recommended Orchards to many and a few have switched to you - all happy with their new phones.

I am a returning Orchard customer. The iPhone I chose arrived promptly, despite the Canada Post strike. The condition of the phone was as described on the Orchard website. My only concern is that it does not contain an Apple brand battery, therefore I cannot determine the battery's health and charging ability.

If you buy a warranty on a phone, you expect that the company recognizes that, like a car, it's usually the only one someone has and getting it fixed is urgent.
Orchard and their staff seemed to do everything in their power to delay helping. From being nearly impossible to get ahold of via any of their contact methods (I had to stay home for a whole day trying to get a response via phone, chat or email. Nobody answered the phone even during their stated business hours), to being slow to respond to emails and delaying sending a shipping label by replying to 3 emails in a row with "let me know when your phone is ready to ship and I send you the label" (each of which I replied to stating it was ready), rather than just sending the label the first time. Then the agent being off for 2 days and not forwarding my case to someone else, and leaving me with no replies and no label.
I first emailed about this on Sept 27. It is now Oct 17 and I still don't have a working phone back from them.
I just got an email saying it's fixed. But they wouldn't send it until I pay the full deductible, despite holding it hostage and providing insulting customer service for 3 full weeks. $75 wouldn't give me the last 3 weeks of my life back but it would be a minimal gesture of conciliation.
Literally will never buy from them again.

The orchard customer service staff is very dependable and the service is enjoyable. They are quick to reply to emails, they offer great advice/help when needed, and are very reliable. Special thanks and credit deserved to Breanna!

We got very good service from the folks at Orchard when a postal strike delayed the phone that we had ordered for my elderly mom. It was to be used as a tracking device for her and it was urgent to get it. We ended up ordering a second phone and was assured that we'd receive a full refund for the initial phone when it arrived. They even paid for the return postage.

The phone was in great condition...we've been very happy with the product and service.

Awesome phone that works well, in appropriate cosmetic condition to the option I chose. Clear info provided on their website to guide selection of appropriate phone. Quick delivery with helpful email communication.

Tech places are usually intimidating for me, being an older person with simple needs. The gracious young person I dealt with (whose name I of course don’t remember) could not have been more friendly and helpful. It took me a while to find my way there as the outdoor signage was a bit confusing but I was glad I found this place.

Fast Shipping, quality phone- Bought a 'Very Good' quality phone and I can't tell it's not new- Excellent value.

I am still waiting for my phone to arrive. To be honest I should be getting a better price due to service. If phone doesn’t arrive within two days I am cancelling.

Very thorough customer service. This company really cares about customers. My first phone purchase was totally smooth sailing. No issues. On the second one, we discovered on the first day of phone use that the screen had a glitch. Orchard came up with a great plan to resolve the issue and still leave us with a phone to use in the meantime. Jaspreet went above and beyond and for this reason Orchard will remain my first choice for new/used phones. I won’t chance it with marketplace or other companies.

Friendly reception at the office by Jaspreet who showed me the item in which I was interested without any pressure to look at anything else. I had done research prior to selecting the iPhone model I wanted to purchase. Jaspreet answered all of my questions clearly and explained the procedure for transferring data and changing the SIM card from my previous phone. Professional and prompt service. Followup by staff (Heloise and Breanna) via email following purchase with offers for support if needed. I was referred by a repeat customer who has always been satisfied with Orchard’s service and products. I look forward to becoming a repeat customer in the future when the need arises.
