My daughter recommended Orchard to me. I did not know the firm. The website is user-friendly. The staff are readily reachable by phone. The service was quick and reliable. Delivery was very speedy and the refurbished phone was in perfect condition and exactly what I needed. I was particularly pleased to be dealing with such an excellent supplier based in Canada. I would be happy to highly recommend Orchard to other prospective customers.

Stop delivering by Canada Post! They are the most unreliable carrier in the country. I suspect CP only get back to work once I've left for the trip I wanted (actually that I needed) the phone for! Ugh ...

I ordered an iPhone 15 max “like new” and that’s what I got !

My purchase’s have always been delivered in a timely fashion. I appreciate the fact It looks as new as described.

Excellent selection of mobiles, all at great prices. I got a "like new" and indeed it essentially is like new. Battery life might become an issue sooner than with a brand-new phone, but well worth the price differential. Ordering and paying was a breeze, and because of the Canada Post strike, the Orchard team was very quick and efficient when I had a question about free shipping. It still was free, but with a different carrier. The mobile arrived next day! Outstanding!

Even though the product I recieved was faulty, Orchard remedied the issue as quickly as they could. Great communication and customer service.

Easy, fast, product exactly as described.

I've bought used phones several times before through PublicMobile. This was my first and last time doing this through Orchard. The two phones I ordered for my family were both faulty, one got sent back straight away, the second we took longer to send back. The back of the phone cracked while it was inside my bag, no dropping or anything had occurred, took it to a reputable phone store to get replaced and they took one look at the backplate and said this should not happen, and that it had been replaced before with a low quality replacement. Tried to continue using the phone but it was clearly not going to improve, would not recognise the SIM card, charged only 20% of the time when plugged in, very slow and other things. I was glad I had bought insurance. This is where the problems started. I am in BC, and to get the phone repaired I had to post it to Ontario and pay a fee of $70, despite having insurance and it has a stated 10 day turnaround. After 20 days they have determined that the charging port and the motherboard is faulty on the phone. I now am asked to pay $150 deductible to have it replaced, their reason being that the backplate damage indicated it could not be returned with the 90 day policy.
This is an untrustworthy company, if you are going to buy form them (1) Read ALL the small print on everything (2) Expect that the used phone you receive may well be faulty (they must have very low standards for quality control and testing) and check it thoroughly in case you need to send it back straight away. I've tried to complain and they are unwilling and restate their policies, so don't expect a lot in terms of after sales and customer support.

I’ve ordered multiple times and each phone has been in perfect condition and lasted years. Super happy with everything I’ve ordered and shipping was quick.

Unfortunately the tablet did not function. Waiting for post office strike to end or alternative means of returning tablet. Orchard has been very helpful in giving directions on returning tablet to them.

You sent me a phone that is unusable.
I have to jump through hoops to return it.
But for Breanna in customer support this would have been a one star rating

Orchard provides excellent quality used/refurbished equipment. I have personally ordered at least three phones and each one has come exactly as described. Well done Orchard!

Timely delivery and good phone quality so far

Well, I'm now well into year five with Orchard. So I guess you can call me a "satisfied customer." I've purchased and re-sold many devices over the years and I won't deal with any other store.
