Customer service is very good. I have 3 cats but I ordered the product for my one cat who has weezing and she may have heart issues. I gave it to all 3 cats and they ate it with no problem but did not seem to see a difference. My cats do already drink alot of water so I decided I no longer will use the product. Then I was billed and showed the product shipped again. I didnt realize it was a subscription. I cancelled my subsctription and the associate said since it is being shipped they could not refund me but they can offer me 20% off. So I took it. Then found out the product was returned so they refunded me fully.
Customer service was prompt, curtious, and helpful.

We were advised by our vet to not use the product, so we asked for a refund as their site says a no questions asked refund is given within 60 days. They first came back with questions and offered 20% refund. When we said this was not acceptable, they then informed us that we were responsible for the shipping fees to China for a return, which would cost more than the refunded amount. We then accepted the 20% back, but have yet to receive any confirmation that this will be provided. Strongly urge everyone to not buy from them as you as just giving money away and will never be able to get a proper refund if you do not like the product.

My wife Still haven't recieved the product and its been weeks customer support has been completely useless
