These are so poorly made! Terribly synthetic material and the writing starts peeling off after the first wash!

Very disappointing customer service. While attempting to enter the company’s MYSTERYCREDIT code to see the discount, the checkout unexpectedly completed my purchase. I contacted the company immediately after hitting the purchase button inadvertently, about 24 hours before the order had shipped.

Despite this, they refused to cancel the unshipped order, apply the discount as a partial refund, or offer equivalent store credit. I received several nearly identical, impersonal responses under different staff names, repeatedly citing “system policy” rather than offering any meaningful solution.

The experience left me feeling scammed and is especially troubling from a company that promotes messages about mental health and well-being. I regret not reading these Trustpilot reviews sooner. Their conduct toward a customer who promptly reported a simple checkout error felt entirely inconsistent with those values. I would not purchase from this company again.

I purchased a zip hoodie. It’s synthetic and the logo is ironed on, but I loved the concept so I kept it . The first time I wore it the fabric pilled badly on 3 areas. However company published advertising saying they have listened to criticism, improved quality and added a proper badge . So I ordered one for a friend and it’s the same rubbish quality and no badge. This company is In breach of trade description act! If you return you can only get a credit for another. It contravenes the very logo they publish because no, we don’t matter .

There was no opportunity to give 0 stars or I would have. I was trying to see how much the total would be. I accidentally hit the submit button not realizing my card was set up to the shop account. I immediately realized what I did and tried to cancel the order. I am talking seconds. I emailed the company and they told me they do not allow for any cancellations or modifications after the order is placed. There is nothing to be done. Terrible customer service!!! I hear the quality of the hoodies are terrible as well! So disheartened!

I love the sweater only problem is it's not long enough down to the waist, arms and shoulders fit perfectly but the waist part is small. Not only that but I seen a guy with a T-shirt version and his waist was small and he kept pulling at it.

Thought I was helping a good cause but ended up disappointed.
Hoodies look great on Facebook but in reality cheap and thin and logo will probably come off after a few washes.
Its no point returning them I have had experience in past so expensive.
No more Facebook fall for offers too good to be true!

I wore my sweatshirts once washed them once. Did not dry them. The letters are falling off. You can't get a hold of anyone. The mail box is full. The delivery took way to long to get to me. Not worth the price I paid. I was supposed to get a free t shirt tp go with my sweatshirts. I didn't get that. The sweatshirts are very poor quality. They feel like im wearing a microfiber dish cloth. I will never order from them again. I don't recommend anyone else to either. I would order from comfort and have the same saying put on it. You know your getting good quality and your letters will not fall of. They emborder there letters

Great customer service and catchy lingo to catch folks attention to a topic that touches my heart. Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem!👏🏾

My family history is quite tragic. I've lost 5 immediate members of my family to suicide, This hoodie keeps reminding me that I'm not the only one going through difficult times and it is very comforting to know others understand and show empathy and kindness. It isn't always easy to climb up out of that dark hole until someone extends their hand.

I am confused by the negative feedback I have seen on here.
My experiences have been nothing but positive, the message is great, I have had tons of positive interactions wearing them. I wear mine all the time. I own 5 sweatshirts and 2 t-shirts. I have ordered from them 3 times now, and all shipments have arrived in a very reasonable time. Yes..... They do ship from China. But compared to other things I have purchased that have come from there. Everything arrived in good shape and within 2 weeks. The quality and softness of the product is great. Definately worth the price.

The hoodie and material is great, but a 2XL is too small for me at 6'3 205lbs. Be aware of that

and embossed logo on arm to prove it's legitimate took ages to arrive when it did same quality as old style and no embossed logo just cheap iron on

I could of just printed this myself at half the price…

Company is a scam. Can’t confirm if any money goes to charity therefore it is just another business profiting off mental health.

Ordered a hoodie after seeing the adverts for them and having lost many people to suicide I thought its a nice way of showing my support, it's been 10 days and still no sign, on the tracker it seems to be somewhere around china town in London 🤦🏼‍♀️ such a massive disappointment and a let down thinking your supporting a good course, when by the looks of it there just scamming you, I will just go and buy one and get it printed myself !!

Contrary to other reviews here I have only good things to say. I was gifted a hoodie as a present last Christmas and found it to be good quality, so much so I ordered 3 more. These arrived quickly and are also good, no fraying seams or cuffs ( as on other hoodies) and comfortable material. I’ve had a number of people comment on the words…all of whom have been positive.

Cheap hoody I could of bought of Temu for 3.99 and printed it myself what a pile of crock , never will I buy again very disappointed

I ordered the hoodie in good faith, I followed this by purchasing a T shirt and a bag.
The hoodie arrived and to say I have been upset is an understatement. The shoddy quality of the thing is so cheap and nasty if you put it on I’m sure you would sweat.
I emailed the company straight away I got an apology and was told they have since changed suppliers due to the quality issues, they offered to send me one of these and said for me to donate the original one to somewhere.
I have since had 5 more emails asking for money for shipping, however they are unable to tell me how much this will be!
After this I have asked for a refund - and now they want the hoodie back and I have to pay for shipping to them and they will take money off my refund if they have to pay anything.
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS THAT USE PEOPLES ILL HEALTH TO GET MONEY UNDER FALSE PRETENCES.

BEWARE SCAM SITE I put an item in the cart to purchase on the first of the month when I closed the site I received an email saying the order went through overdrawing my account i emailed them asking to cancel the order and the response was no they do have a return policy for 30 days in original packaging which I will do and hope I also get the ridiculous shipping fee back as well DO NOT GO TO THIS SITE they sell shirts with a meaningful message on them but you can buy those shirts on several different sites for half the price including Temu and AliExpress , if you go to this site they are going to pretend you ordered something when you didn’t , the order hadn’t even processed and still hasn’t but they said I mistakenly ordered it so there’s nothing they can do about it even though their site either has a problem that needs fixed or they’re doing it on purpose either way BEWARE OF THIS SCAM SITE
