We have ordered quite a few hoodies from these amazing people. The quality is not the best, but for the price, it is good enough. I’ve read quite a few reviews about them being a charity based business, I knew when I ordered our first hoodies, THAT THEY WERN’T. In my opinion, their aim is to, put the word out to everyone, world wide, about Mental Health, and to educate us all, that we need to talk more about our feelings, more men than women, as we don’t talk about our feelings. I give 1 star because I can’t give zero this is not a charity it is a Chinese company cashing in. I contacted them as soon as I realised and was told I couldn’t cancel my order it was too late but I could return it once it arrived. When it arrived I was made to send a number of photographs and jump through other hoops before receiving the return address. Surprise surprise this is in America and postage costs as much as the t shirt I will still return it just to stop them having the money. Absolutely disgusting

THE TRUTH ABOUT LIVE2LIVE.org...Very important to read and to break this scheme.
Very disappointed with this company and now that I am reporting it I come to realize that I've been scammed twice for not looking further.
I decided to make my first order as a Mother'sDay gift to my wife, with no way to know how they fit, I ordered the sizes we usually wear. Even mine I could wear a bit larger than what I usually wear, my wife’s was way to big so, I decided we will exchange hers. First time they made me pay for a replacement...
So what happened, they sent me the wrong items after written confirmation of what I purchased and I received a wrong item that when requested to be replaced by what I ordered, they wanted to charge me for extra shipping, even I have paid for it twice already. And yes, it took me, a disabled veteran, treated for mental health issues and living in a fixed income, this long and almost $200 to realize the abuse and the scam behind these "touching messages" to exploit your emotions and rip your pockets.
I am "whistle blowing" the scheme as I promised to do. And if this message is erased from the website I will write it again.
Don't fall for it. As a matter of fact, I encourage you turn around in waiting lines in the supermarket, in the movie theater and even before checking in to see you doctor and tell someone - face to face - what these hoodies and t-shirts says and without having to pay so expensively or charging any money for it.
It's a shame that someone can take advantage of the fragile mental health issues in our society breaking even further into the trust and respect for each other.
And I hope this message gets to as many people as possible, including the Law and Regulations organizations with the responsibility to safeguard our Nation from these immoral schemes, in an effort to stop the false representations and to really make a difference in our society.

Please don't buy from them, they actually caused me mental health issues, which, if it was for the fact they claim to help people with mental health issues, would actually be funny. I wish I read reviews first. I ordered as the idea behind the hoodies is close to my heart. Having lost someone close due to mental health. I finally received my order and the quality is shocking. It looks nothing like the colour. I ordered cream and I was sent a awful off white yellow. The transfers are clearly just iron and the material is cheap nylon.
Seems like the whole business is setup to take advantage of vulnerable people thinking they are helping a worthy cause. Do not get sacked in. I have requested a refund. I do not hold out much hope.

Love the message! Purchased on May 4, 2026 and received on May 16th. Purchased for my children in honor of their brother (my youngest son attempted to suicide). He is still with us, but did suffer an ABI due to it. Older son and girlfriend loved the sweatshirts very much, they are used to thicker/heavier material, but liked the lighter fabric on these. I purchased a shirt for myself and received many kind words from strangers. It was doing what it was intended to do… bring awareness and start a conversation. So happy with my item's that I ordered again on May 18th, sweatshirts and shirts for my husband and myself. Conversation is the key! Our son hid his depression with humor. Check on your people, even the strong ones. You truly never know what someone is feeling.
Sorry to read that others did not have the same experience with live2live that I did. The company has been great with sending me welcome emails. I would recommend and will be buying more items in the future.
