Everything was great. Absolutely no problem. I booked 2019 Yaris, but they gave me new one, odometer 7000 km. Docs and insurance ok. Deposit returned as promised.

Арендовал на две недели авто, машину пригнали в аэропорт, через две недели отдал. Машину брал со страховкой, к счастью не пригодилось, без депозита, связались в аэропорту по вацапу. В целом всё отлично, брал на двух водителей, но в основном ездил сам.

Отличный сервис! После заявки быстро получила сообщение от менеджера! Цену дали ту, что мне выдала система на сайте! Машина соответствовала той, что заказывали. Всё отлично! Чисто, без запаха сигарет, рекомендую заказывать машины на getrentacar!!!

Общаться с прокатчиком пришлось, к сожалению, с помощью google-переводчика. Арендовали Хундай Элантра (бронировали Мицубиси) с 4 по 12 декабря 2022 года в Дубае, с подачей и возвратом в Щардже. Все прошло нормально, А вот возврата $350 депозита ждём до сих пор. Прокатчик Everest Renta Car ничего по поводу депозита ни мне, ни GRC не отвечает. Заявка по бронированию в GetRentaCar 1662716020962.

I wanted to cancel my booking and I have mailed to you on 9.2. , 20.2. and 22.2 and 10.3. to the email where i should mail reg. cancelation , but never got any answer and no confirmation .
Finally i got via Whatts app a manager and when i asked for cancellation which should be without any costs , they did not want to give back the deposit , as they mentioned its a service fee and non refundable . Be careful with this company its a fraud !

Man wird sofort bombardiert mit Angeboten aber wenn man eine Frage diesbezüglich an dem Support stellt kann man bis Weihnachten auf die Antwort warten, kommt aber trotzdem nicht. Wie kann ein Geschäft so zustande kommen?

never again. They let me pay a pre payment for a car they even did not have the confirmation of the owner for, kept me nearly one week waiting by promising the confirmation will come but it never came and caused a damage of 2000 USD with their lies. Never again with this company. They lied to me all the time.

I rent a car in Dubai from 27/09/2022 at 9am and return car on 02/10/2022 at 8 pm
I was charged for 6 days, and when managing the return deposit, the owner charged me 1 extra day
I'm discussing with car owner and with GETRENTACAR for many weeks now and I'm not able to have a fedback.
You do not know how to count days?
Why will I be charged for 7 days when my renting was for 6 days?

Забронировал авто на 3 месяца, оплатил первый месяц + сервисный сбор. Приезжаю - авто на месте, но про мою оплату никто ничего не знает, и принимают только наличные. 50 минут с этим "сервисом" выясняли, как так, пока мне не надоело ждать ответа.
Пришлось ещё раз оплачивать первый месяц наличными, а этот "сервис" теперь возвращает не всю сумму за месяц, утверждая, что есть ещё 15% комиссии за бронирование. В квитанциях и на сайте про комиссию ни слова, в пользовательском соглашении вообще понятия комиссии нет. Жулики.

Сам сервис очень сырой, куча косяков, приложение бесполезное, даже не посмотреть квитанцию об оплате бронирования.

I have lost my deposit and this company is not helping getting that money. Please don’t use this company and I have filed consumer protection act for saving others. They just take the brokerage charge that’s it and after that we need deal with the car owner company.

***I saw the reply from this company here****. We had a whatsapp conversation and you did not help to get the refund. Please do not take the money from the people. You are not helpful at all. I do not know how many of your customers lost their deposit. those who are lost should file a consumer complaint so that it will atleast protect other customers. I have proof in whatsapp that you can't do anything on getting the deposit.
