The car was easy to manage & was dropped off at the airport waiting for us when we landed. Petrol was very affordable. We received great communication from the owner & excellent service. Would recommend.

I rented a car in Abu Dhabi from April 14th to 19th based on my order from website. There was refundable deposit, and i paid it. Contact person and client manager said that this amount will be paid back during 15-20 days.
The contact person said that for the duration of the car's lease, an amount of 140 usd was calculated for taxes and fees and this amount would be deducted from the refundable deposit amount. (in negotiation proses he said this deposit is for cases crash or any damage)

Even though 3 months have passed since that period, I can't get any payment back. Each time, the employee of the company extended the time by saying that the payment will be made tomorrow or this week, there was some problem, etc. That person doesn't answer my phone and messages anymore. I feel cheated and unhappy. Please help me recover my rights and prevent others from experiencing this shameful scam.

Your contract is not with the company but with individuals renting their cars on this website.
We rented a car in Tbilisi, everything went fine at first, the owner delivered the car on time. Then he says that we have to fill in gas (it was completely empty, we worried we would not reach a gas station in time), and pump the wheels. This is something he should have done himself to begin with, at least fix the airpressure in the tires. We drove an hour around Tbilisi to find a place where to get it done as at 8AM everything was closed.
We also noticed a warning on the dashboard
about the hybrid system (from the very start) and called the owner. He said it should be looked at but that we can just drive further. At this moment we should have cancelled everything. It was raining, a lot, we drove very carefully, 80km/h on a road where you're supposed to drive 110km/h. During one part we got in a LIFE THREATENING SITUATION , the car started slipping on water, I don't want to think what would have happened if my partner didn't do a slipping course in the past. A usual driver would have probably not handled this situation. This could've ended badly for the three of us. We checked the tires after that and they were COMPLETELY WORN OUT. You can't pass the annual technical check with such tires!
And for all that we paid 50€ (Toyota Cabrio, not new). OUTRAGEOUS! The company isn't answering, the owner just said he will take that into account.

Everything was great, car was delivered on time, in good condition and clean.

Воспользовались услугой GetRentacar, арендовали машину Ford Fusion. Цена аренды вполне приемлима. Оператор getrentacar очень помог в выборе авто и вообще было приятно иметь дело с этой компанией. При случае обязательно обращусь к ним снова.

My experience was not pleasant with this Car rental company. #GetRentACar a US based #carrentalcompany is a scamster having fraud partners into #carrental services across the globe like @everest_rentcar in Dubai. I have been waiting 2 months and I don't get my deposit back. Every time there is a reason but the reasons are not my problem. I booked a car for 8 & 9 Apr22 (Mustang GT, R 51553, yellow color) under the booking ID-196240 by #GetRentacar & took 15% of the total booking amount post which they connected me to their Dubai partner- @everest_rentcar. After waiting for 60+ days and sending them unlimited reminders, emails and WhatsApp messages, I have received no concrete response or refund money from either of them. Now I am left with nothing other than legally suing both the #fraudcompanies – @everest_rentcar & #GetRentACar. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
