Selkie Hair Reviews 

After seeing this on Dragons Den a couple of weeks ago I sat up and thought what a brilliant idea. I may add I was a little dubious after listening to the concerns relating to using tap water for mixing and possibly did over think it a little but thats what I do. 🤔 After I got over it an ordered the starter kit I was delighted with the product and the shampoo has left my hair and my husband's in top top condition. Cleans well but gentle enough without having lots of lather which we don't really need and no tears as my husband has advanced Parkinson's he is unable to do personal care which I do for him and after showering and washing his hair he commented on not having the fear of getting shampoo in his eyes. A winner all round I'd say so much so I have it on subscription and next time will just be the containers with the refills. No bulky bottles every time which I'm all for and less going to landfil. 😊

Only one wash and my hair feels fantastically soft and has more body. Thank you Selkie! Great idea to add our own water...simple, but much easier for sending the product. Would recommend and will buy again.

My hair feels so soft and healthy. i hope you do bigger bottles in the future since i have a lot of thick curly hair so XXL bottle would be even more fabulous.

I love that I dont through away shampoo or conditioner bottles anymore, and also than the environmental impact of transport is minimised as its sent as a power. The smell is really good, its cruelty free, its easy to pause the subscription then restart when you know you ll need more soon. I m a customer for life :)

Selkie has been amazing for my hair. I’m having to wash it way less often and it feels so light and healthy. Highly recommend for travelling too - so easy to transport!

Sustainable hair care that does the job it’s meant to! The condition of my hair improved, less fall and more shine, despite using more expensive hair care before this. Worth a try and you will change your products after!

Lovely shampoo and great customer service.

Straight forward website, what you see is what you get. Full explanation of how to use product. It takes a little getting used to washing your hair in a slightly different way but my goodness, it’s worth the effort! My hair feels lighter, softer and doesn’t feel greasy after 24 hrs. Actually if I didn’t go swimming every couple of days, I think I could leave it longer in between washes. Added bonus of doing my bit for sustainability too! Did I mention it smells great too? 😃

I'm currently training to swim the English Channel, so my hair is exposed to lots of chlorine and salt water but selkie keeps it shiny and detangles it perfectly.

My hair is thicker and stronger too.

The product is great but soon after ordering I realised I’d ordered shampoo instead of conditioner and emailed to ask if I could amend the order and got no response.

Very fast delivery! I was curious about this and tried it when it arrived. My hair is fine and gets dry ends. I need to blow dry it for it to be shiny. I tried this product and my hair is soft, light and shinier than normal without having had to use any heat. Just combed it once and after one night sleep it’s the same softness!!! I love this. Plus it smells lovely ☺️

Absolutely love the product itself, I find the shampoo so cleansing yet nourishing! I just wish it went a little further - as sharing between two of us, I tend to run out within 1.5 weeks or so and am spending quite a lot on refills.

My honest review after using for 3 months (fine, straight hair).
I didn't like it at first but grown to love it. It just took some time for my hair to get used to the formula. Now that it has, my hair definitely isn't getting greasy so quickly and feels a lot healthier. I do think that the instructions for the conditioner aren't great for someone with fine hair as it's much to heavy and weighs down your hair, but if you put more water in it than instructed it works really well. It also smells great!

Really impressed with these products. My hair feels great after using the shampoo and conditioner, shiny and soft to touch, my hair is normally dry from colour and bleach so it takes a lot to make it look healthy. I highly recommend Selkie, I’ve tried lots of different products but this works better than many alternative expensive hair products. I’ll definitely be purchasing on repeat.
