The product is not at par with the description. It is not as per the review. The image is off centre. If you try to focus on a point the field of view is shifted about 30-40degrees to one side. Focusing is not that easy.

Experience on placing the order is good. Delivery should be fast. notification on order status should be received on email.

I didn't belived that I could the original product from abroad. But after getting it , i am sure of buying more stuffs from GetUSCart.

Taking very very long time to deliver the products...packing was very poor

Before sending the items must convey how much costs for excise duty....Cheaters..

The experience was good. But you should mention in advance that the additional information on the custom tax on delivery. The total expense would be huge and that would affect the customer's intention to buy the product when they have a budget. The delivery date was late but that was due to custom clearance. So an approximate date should also be mentioned to the customer.

Updating the rating and review after a resolution was provided:

After many weeks of follow-up, I received an email response that mentioned the amt will be refunded. I believe the ‘return to sender’ was complete and the Team received the item back. I had the tracking for RTS and shared the update a few times. The response and refund were provided after a few weeks of follow-up. I didn’t receive responses for the follow-up’s but received the email response after a few weeks and the refund was processed as promised. Thank you very much!

The package was inadvertently refused by the recipient, so I let GetUSCart know and to retry attempt the following day but it was sent back to origin after the st attempt, which is still fine. But even after 1.5 months, the customer care either ignores my messages or replies in a single sentence that it will be reshipped when received. I told them multiple times status shows as reached origin but they reply with the same status which is very rude, insensitive, inconsiderate and unfair. Taking money from the customer but showing zero commitment to fulfill the request is very wrong. Sorry to state this but having paid money it just feels like my money is stolen.

The amount paid as Customs duty is collected as "cash on delivery".
This should be made known right at the beginning.
The present system throws a surprise to the buyer at the time of taking delivery. Please streamline it.

The chopper is not working from the beginning

This is a fraud website. They ask you to pay the entire amount at check out and make no mention of import duty charges. On the day of delivery they ask you for a hefty amount for your package under the pretense of import duty. This is misleading and using tactics to force customers to pay extra. I had a terrible experience with them and will never order from this website again.

Ordered expensive shampoo and the way i received it spilled and the package had all the leaked shampoo ...so.much expensive shampoo got wasted due to improper packing ..

Te get items not available in shop this platform is excellent

Ordered 2600 adapter and got 600 one .. what an dumb site 🖕🏻
