Extra charges taken & delay in receiving the product

We asked your office in Hyderabad India for the invoice from m/s. K.M. Enterprises. But received an invoice thats not registered with GST. So cannot claim for the GST refund from hovernment

The additional cost of customs; including service tax; to be paid at the delivery; would be more than 60% of the amount already paid. Which makes the item costlier than when bought from local stores. This is not at all mentioned on the website.

I recently order a product from your website with order no : 229305, i am being charged Rs 5030 for god knows what when i made the payment with the delivery charges online. There was no mention of Rs 5030 extra charge, only Rs 250 for delivery! I have no way of contacting you so please contact me asap.

Great experience buying from this site... My kid was asking me to buy a Spiderman dress... They delivered it on time... Also included a miniature figure of Spiderman... Customs was charged extra was about 28% of order value... Still it was cheaper than other online options available....

GetUSCart is a good site for buying from America. Their customs duties and delivery charges are not as costly as some of the other sites like Ubuy.com. They deliver within 15 days.

The product is not up to the mark and I can’t understand also how it can be returned back

GetUSCart completely fraud site. I had ordered an item worth Rs.1800. Most of the custom duty is free on this amount , but they charged me 60% custom duty and when I asked for custom duty receipt or document. They refused to give those documents to me. Also they did not provide international tracking number to me. Please pay attention to the custom officer, I think. The custom duty they have charged from me, they have kept it with themselves.
I am getting the same item for ₹700 cheaper on Amazon. I would like to ask the customer buy goods for Amazon site instead of this site where you will get it cheaper. With get tension free. There is a refund and replacement option is also available. those who give five star rating on this site, I do not understand, how do they give it? Attention customers and be careful on GetUSCart site.
