Get your rates right eventually enabled us to receive a refund from our local council however it was a very long process.

Very happy with the service and communication thus far. We had 6 locations reviewed and savings achieved on all of them, coupled with nice rebates, one dating back 4 years. The assessor was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained the process in great detail. Everything taken care of by them, so no work on our part; just rebates. Would highly recommend.

Having moved into new premises & doubting the rateable value was correct we investigated an appeal & realised it was quite a daunting task. GYRR took it on & we found them to be both efficient & professional and saved us a considerable sum.

We were approached about a review several times and decided to give it a go. The rep came to site and reviewed our offices quite quickly and advised us that we would receive a rebate based on what we are paying. We agreed to go ahead and paid the initial charge. The next stage took some time and the communication during this time was slow (hence 4 not 5 stars). Our review was successful and we received a good rebate dating back 5 years.

DO NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY!

They come and talk the talk, then disappear and provide nothing for the money they have taken. I chased and chased and eventually got some excuse about it being difficult in our areas at this time. Then absolute radio silence again. I'll be reporting them to Trading Standards.

Misrepresented service offered. Individual that guaranteed to deal with rating appeal was replaced by an unknown individual who refused to answer questions about experience and track record of appeals. Terrible attitude, poor contact response, taking PWAPP TO COURT

Absolute dreadful communication from this company. Paid the first instalment, have not heard anything from the appointed surveyor. Have phoned and emailed many times to discuss what is happening with my case to no avail. Now threatened with court action if I don’t pay more money.

I can only agree with previous reviews. These are completely dishonest, untrustworthy individuals. Do not use them.

Shocking company. Not only do they fail to do what they say they then two years later jokingly send random invoices try to defraud you of more cash. Absolute joke. The only good reveiw could be from friends or family as everyone i have spoke to has not had a good result. Its about time the government go after these parasites.

Also paid them over £1000 4 years ago, never heard anything from them, never answered emails or phone calls, now all of a sudden an invoice request for another £60……you scammed me once, you ain’t gonna do it again …….

SCAM. I've PAID THEM over £1k in 2019 and they still haven't done anything. Its now 2023... AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Today, they sent me a bill for £60 so they can appeal. I haven't asked them to appeal or heard from them in 4 years.

Complete scam , do not spend your money with this guy , after you pay your intitial up front fee you dont here from them . im taking them to court and i suggest any one else to do the same

Gave me what they promised, cant ask for more than that.

Serial spammers, do not click on their unsubscribe link as this only verifies your email account as being live / valid and then you will end up on their other email lists. Are there really people silly enough to want to give business to a company spamming everyone? i suppose so, or email spam would have stopped ages ago.
