Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with GiftBlooms.

The flowers and the additional cake I ordered were not delivered on the requested date. Instead of resolving the issue properly, I was even asked to pay an additional €35 so that they could deliver the order the following day.

The next day, the flowers finally arrived at around 8:00 PM, but the cake I had already paid for was still missing.

The customer service was especially disappointing. No one seemed willing to take responsibility, and instead of offering a proper solution, I was given excuse after excuse.

When you place an order for a special occasion and select a specific delivery date, you expect reliability. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking here.

I cannot recommend GiftBlooms based on my experience.

The website allowed me to pick a product.. Less than 2 hours later I received an email saying that the product was not available.

I picked a different product.

Despite paying for overnight fedex delivery, the product shipped late, and arrived 4 days late.

Horrible business operations and customer care

The original floral item was not available. Otherwise we had a great experience using your service.

Ordering process was simple, and I was able to make an order from the US to a rural part of Kenya. The delivery was on time for my wife's birthday! They came through for my family in a really big way.

The gifts that I have ordered thus far have always exceeded my expectations and they have brought wonderful glimmer moments and joy to the recipients.

The quality of the products as well as the presentation and delivery is excellent. I can highly recommend this company.

Ordering was easy and had good options. Unfortunately delivery was very unsatisfying as they were delayed due to weather but did not notify me.

El pedido no fue entregado completo. En la foto publicitaria sale un ramo de flores + globo de feliz cumpleaños. Bueno, el globo no llegó y aunque me hicieron el supuesto reembolso de 6€ , creo que ese tipo de cosas, no deberían de suceder en este tipo de empresas. Especialmente porque la compra la hice desde Portugal, entonces confié en que sería como en la foto. El precio fue caro para que no fuera completo el pedido.

I placed an order 20 July 2026 to have a plant delivered to a client. It showed delivery time was 22 July. On 24 July I got an emailed saying it was delivered. I reached out to Giftblooms to see who they delivered it to, since the delivery email said if no one was there they would leave it somewhere (Which I did not agree to). Got an email response saying they will check into my delivery. Got a response two work days later saying there was a delivery delay and that it never was delivered. what is it with gifting companies in Berlin? this is the second company I tried to deliver a gift for the same cause. Why is it so hard to pay for and have a gift delivered with these online companies?

I ordered this from Singapore for my partner who is currently in Chile. Very prompt delivery! It arrived 9.30am local time in the morning and it’s a birthday surprise for him. It sent a big smile on his face 😀

Thanks to GiftBlooms I can send cakes and flowers to my mother-in-law to Poland anytime even though I live in Canada.
