The flowers were gorgeous, better than I had hoped for. They delivered same day, as promised. All in all, very satisfied with the purchase.

The only criticism I have is that there isn't a real time tracker for the progress of the order. I couldn't see if it was actually being taken care of - (Your flowers are being designed - Out for delivery - etc.) and I did not receive conformation until long after they arrived.

Easy to make an online order, balloons as delivered are beautiful! Cost was a bit pricey though.

I was amazed at how kind and easy the customer service part was. The item is exactly as pictured and when the package showed up bent and broken, they quickly responded and replaced. Would happily buy from them again.

Recipients were not home first two delivery attempts but got delivered on 3rd day with no extra charge. Products are great with a lot of variety. Great experience, easy to order for delivery several states away from where I live! Thank you! 😊

Our recipient did finally receive their gift we ordered and the customer service response was quick and apologetic for the error. To our dismay, the original champagne gift that arrived was not champagne at all but a box of snacks. If our recipient had not sent us a picture and thank you, we may have never known which is way I can only give this experience a 3 star. However, the recovery and response of the customer service was very quick and they made sure our bottle of Dom Champagne & glasses were sent to our recipient so that was a 5 star. I will give this service another try in the future.
