Every year our company gets us cards from this site and every year they do not work. They do not read the emails when there is an issue and send some automated response that has nothing to do with the email sent. I can never access the money on these cards which I assume is the point. They make you jump through hoops to actually get the money so tehy just hope you give up.

Shocking service. No aftercare. Bought a voucher using their site with M&S. I cannot access it using my email. They say they cannot help me at all.

I've tried to get 4 vouchers for some business partners on behalf of my company and they have been asking for my personal tax information, besides my passport. It was very weird and uncomfortable, and have never had such issues with other gif card providers.

I was quite sceptical at first because of all the mandatory information/verification required, but their customer service was really helpful and responsive. Due to the weekend and a national holiday in Bulgaria, card creation was delayed but in the end everything worked out.
Upon activation you get the card PIN and 3DS static password via text message. For online payments it goes through VISA/iCard and you have an SMS code to input, solid way to avoid anyone shorting your funds. So far so good.
Also, idk about other users complaining about fees, got the card today and it says no maintenance fee till March 2026.
P.S. Tbh way better than Skine and Rewarble which falsely advertise virtual EUR card but deliver USD cards instead.

Beware! I got gifted a virtual card with 40 Eur. When I went to use it after some months it only had 10 Eur. They charged fees of 3 Eur per month from my balance! And 4 Eur fees on the last 2 months!

On top of charging a fee for issuing the gift card, they also restrict the ways the recipient can use it online. You can't use it with Revolut, PayPal or other similar services.

I suppose they rely on the fact that if you use it for direct purchases only, there will always be a leftover amount of money that you can't spend.

Stole my Money

So I went through the process of activating my account. Apart from the long duration of more than 12hours to register and continuous questions (instead of sending them all at once) my transaction was removed after 24hours.

Did not receive any email nor the money back in my account. I could not activate the gift card. All for 50eur.

Do not trust the site, it is a scam

My experience with GiftCard was a bad one.
Support was inadequate and lacked knowledge of their own products and workflows.
I will not be using their services again and I don't recommend anybody else to do so as well.

Great! Fast and easy!

It should have more information on the type of card you would like to order - virtual or plastic one. When I finalised the order I was wo feeing for a while where I will receive the card. The website should have better visibility at order stage and more detailed information.

Good service, happy with timeframes and image quality (ordered personalised cards with own image), however:
1. Email communications not clear and no info on what the next steps are.
2. Prices information on the website is misleading - the direct link to Prices quoted BGN 5 per card, while the actual price is BGN10 per card. Quite disappointed.

It was a little bit confusing when I saw that the order has been approved but I couldn’t send the virtual card to its recepient. I called the support and they told me that the order has not yet been approved and I should wait for a couple more hours. Indeed, later today I had the chance to send the card without any issues.
