Typo and no information

I sent this hamper to my brother in Ireland for his golden wedding anniversary. It is a beautiful hamper but it arrived at the wrong address and had to be delivered by a neighbour. This is the 2 bd time this has occurred.

Terrible logistics
Awful service. Received 2 emails looking for positive reviews before the gift even arrived. Still no ETA of when it will arrive. Over 10 days out for delivery. At this rate everything will be stale and inedible. The postage fee is way too high. Terrible logistics all round.

My mother is a patient in a hospital. I had notified the hospital reception of the gifts arrival. The gift was left at the back of the hospital where it couldn’t be found . The courier didn’t drop it at the reception area where they were waiting for the package.
