Dropped my PC off on Monday and paid the £99 standard fee…it was explained to me that if any spare parts were needed, then the price would rise.
Had a text the following morning to let me know that it was fixed.
The issue was software, which was corrected and covered with my £99.
Outstanding service from very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely shop, too.
I really hope I don’t have need to go back to them, but if there is anything else I need done, they will be my first port of call without my hesitation.
Truly excellent service and a very pleasant experience.
Edit: Had the same issue and contacted the shop, who asked me to take the PC back. Ryan at Gigante stayed in regular touch during the day and we decided that my peripheral equipment might be the cause.
He left it up and running overnight with no issues and I now have it back and all seems well. This second visit was gratis under warranty of the first visit.
Cannot fault these very nice people and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
