Had to update medical condition and the operator was very efficient. Price from previous year had only gone up £5 so we were happy with the increase. Proof I suppose will be if we ever have to claim. But so far so good 😊

Excellent, knowledgeable, friendly and professional service. The agent who dealt with my purchase did not waste time, was efficient and understood my requirements from early in the conversation. He also double checked any queries I had in a calm and respectful manner. My only complaint would be the time it took to take my call - it was 20’.
