I called to advise re a medical condition mid term and was upset to learn you wouldn’t cover me it was for an u diagnosed skin lesion, which, my Dr assured me she didn’t think it was a cancerous lesion. I was due to go on holiday within 10 days of advising and I had to take out another policy which, the cost over a hundred pounds more than your policy. Anyway, I got my results sooner than I thought, and your policy was reinstated .

Compared online for an annual quote and Gigasure was not only the cheapest but fully covered all our needs. If your looking for simple insurance, then I highly recommend!! Works out better to do annual if you are planning more than one trip guys!!

Bought yearly policy with 60day cover per trip, very helpful customer service, been with them a few years now, never had to claim, hopefully if I do have to claim I will get the same level of service as when I purchased the insurance, as I was very impressed.

Human intervention sometimes needed
I tried to renew my policy online having been sent a renewal price. Unfortunately, the automatic process was great up until the payment needed to be made. At that point it kept telling me to come back later. I used the chat feature which quickly overcame the issue and renewal was duly sorted. Not having needed to make a claim I can't comment on the claims process and, hopefully, never have to.
