Impossible to Claim on the Insurance
Bought travel insurance, 2 delayed flights, one cancelled flight, rescheduled holiday and missed departure, refused to pay out on all accounts! Not recommended. Avoid!!! They may offer you cheap cover but it's cheap for a reason I'm afraid!

Declined missed port payments
This insurance declined to pay for cruise missed ports despite having bought upgraded silver cover. My brothers P&O insurance paying up in full. They sighted that maintenance at port was not reason enough for one port cancelled and civil unrest in France thus not being allowed to leave ship meant port not actually cancelled. Poor show Gigasure after using you twice before and not claiming will avoid like plague in future. Recommend potential cruise guests insure with the company it's collaborated with as my brother did.
