Not sympathetic and won't insure U just cos U have a routine appointment coming up
Well I left a good review when I got my policy but I forgot to tick the box to say I was waiting for a upcoming appointment so being honest I rang them and explained it's just for a cough but I have worked it out that I think it's an allergy from my dogs and cats fur cos I started taking allergy tablets and my cough has gone. I even offered to pay a bit extra and not be covered for anything to do with my cough as I'm confident I won't need to make any claim to do with that but I was still told no. So basically just for something so minor U get penilised it's not as if I have been referred for something like a heart attack or lost a leg. After reading Ur reply I still don't agree cos it's a joke if a company
