Seamless delivery, very friendly customer service and all round great experience, not many resale sites are as trustworthy as this one, will definitely use again.

Had an initial isssue trying to create an account to purchase tickets, no fault of the site so phoned steve to ask for help, he was brilliant, got back to me straight away and assisted every step of the way to ensure my account was created and i could purchase my tickets, email confirmation immediately , it is so refreshing in this day and age to speak to an actual person who goes above and beyond to help. Thanks Steve.

My aunt purchased Coldplay tickets from Gigtix last year as a present for me and my daughter. The sale was easy enough she said, I recieved all relevant emails very quickly with our seats (which were amazing). Roughly 2-3 weeks before last night's gig I got the emails through with my tickets and the app to download them on to. Communication between us was brilliant and even though the prices were slightly inflated I'd use Gigtix again in the future.

It was the first time we have purchased gig tickets from a third party and we were a little apprehensive especially as the tickets were slightly cheaper than face value. Navigating the site and payment was simple, the tickets arrived by email very quickly after purchase (within 15 minutes). No issues on entry to the gig. We are very happy with the overall experience and would use Gigtix again should we be unable to secure tickets.

First time I’ve used Gigtix and have to say I would use them before any other ticket sellers in future. An honest small company who sell tickets at a remarkably low price compared to anybody I have used in the past. Steve answers your messages almost immediately and helps with any problems you may have. Will be recommending Gigtix to all my music loving friends in future. Happy Springsteen fan 😀

Bought 1 ticket for £75 then found the same ticket for less than £35. Phoned "customer support" to ask for refund to be told no refunds given.

I never said I was mislead, It was my mistake and one I certainly won't make again. I buy tickets for all sorts of events and shows and have never seen such a difference in price, yes you expect to pay a little bit more using an outside company but more than double just isnt acceptable

This was a godsend when trying to get Micky Flanagan tickets for my husband’s birthday (which had sold out in minutes). Tickets came through about 10 days before the show and everything worked perfectly on the day. Had a great evening. Thank you Gigtix, highly recommend.

Seats were allocated really quickly and payment made without incident.

Overall good, but did not receive an email confirming order, which is worrying.

Complete letdown & not fit for purpose. I received an em confirming payment & venue but could not retrieve bar code. Several experienced ticket staff@ venue tried, without success, to help me but even they couldn’t fathom out Gigtix retrieval system. I had to endure the embarrassment & humiliation of being denied access & kicked out. Despite complaining to Gigtix they wouldn’t listen to me.
I’ll never use Gigtix again. £180 wasted.

What you had available was clear. I made a selection and contacted my show companion to confirm. Made the purchase. Got the seat confirmation a day later. All smooth so far.
