Excellent product and just what we wanted. The order process was simple and we received an immediate acknowledgement together with a nice letter saying hello and a little story of the company. Thought that was a nice and personal touch. The item was well packaged and the delivery was prompt. All in all, excellent customer service.

Love the t-shirts I bought, both are Christmas themed, understated possibly, but meaningful as well as funny if you have a sense of humour. Lovely colours and high quality cotton, which is important to me

Such a unique gift. Perfect for my 93 year old Scottish Mother in Law who loves Tunnocks chocolate treats.
Christmas gift sorted.

Brilliant Company and website with great products. Really pleased with the tin I purchased. Delivery so prompt too.

I ordered a Tunnock’s tea cake mug and the set of Tunnock’s coasters for my grandson who lives in America and they are sure to be a big hit! They arrived on time and the packaging was great.

When I ordered it I thought the tin would have the Tunnock wafers in but no, £15 for an empty tin. Wouldn’t recommend.

Brilliant individual designs and gifts.
Love the Mugs and tins some of my Christmas gifts sorted.

Great product, sent quickly l and arrived safely. I know it will be loved when opened as part of a Christmas present.

Very quick delivery, well packaged and the quality is first rate. This is a Christmas present for my partner, who loves these biscuits.....especially the dark chocolate ones, so will fill the tin with those!!!

I ordered the Tunnock biscuit tin as my husband loves these biscuits. On ordering had really good communication and the tin was posted the same day which was exceptional service. The tin was delivered the next day.
The tin itself was exactly what I wanted
, thank you

Such a lot of things to choose from, very quick delivery and just loved my dish towel. Thanks Gillian, you and your team are great.

Communication was great from the start. I’d inadvertently not dealt with my discount code and proceeded with the order but I was refunded the difference promptly
The item was shipped really quickly and arrived just before the recipient’s birthday - perfect.
And best of all, he loved his gift!

Excellent service, arrived the following day!
It's absolutely fabulous and I know my partner will adore it to store his Tunnocks in!

Tunnocks Coasters
Lovely quality and design. So glad I made an impromptu purchase at checkout!!!

Love the Tunnock's box. Going to fill it with biscuits as a present for someone in the USA, who is missing their Tunnocks! The box is well made and is a super gift.
Delivery was prompt and communication was very personal.

Love the personal correspondence and the speed of the unique order
Thankyou

Easy to order online, fab Scottish gifts & I love that they're from an independent, small business in Scotland, created by a woman. Love the sassy, classy Scottish lassie tea towel and the gaun yersel Santa coaster, I know my sister and my dad will love their gifts. Highly recommended. Thank you

Excellent communication from the company and the item arrived carefully wrapped.
The tin is so attractive and, since my husband is a big caramel wafer fan, he was delighted with it.
