This is a copy of the email I sent to the outpost team, what a fantastic run company, in thier reply they thanks me for my feedback and suggest I could always add a review here! So here we are

Dear Outpost team,
I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the staff at your Sheffield store following a visit today.
I came in with my five-year-old daughter and we bought a pack of Pokémon cards, which we opened in the shop. I also wanted to mention how refreshing it was to see the cards being sold at retail price. That genuinely makes a difference and is something I really appreciate.
What stood out most, though, was how friendly and welcoming the staff were with my daughter.
The gentleman behind the counter was particularly lovely with her, and gave her some goodies she absolutely loved to go along with her cards, he genuinely made her dad!
All while I was chatting to the younger member of staff about Middle-earth Strategy Battle Game. He was clearly very passionate about the game and took the time to talk me through the games night you host, which he recommended I come along to. I definitely intend to take him up on that.
It was just a really positive experience for both me and my daughter. It's easy to overlook these sorts of interactions, but when you're introducing a young child to a hobby, having staff who are genuinely friendly, enthusiastic and welcoming makes a huge difference.

I was actually going to leave a five-star Google review, but apparently I already left one about six years ago! So I thought I'd email instead. Hopefully this reaches someone in management who can pass on my thanks to the staff involved, and ideally they get to see this themselves too. They did a great job and should feel proud of the experience they gave us.
We'll definitely be back.

Fast shopping to have pre release delivered on the release day, well packaged and good email communications about the status of the order throughout the process.

I ordered some movement trays off outpost late last week and I was glueing them together today.Great service.

I'm very pleased with the service I received from the Outpost. I received regular updates on my pre ordered item and received an email when it became available. Postage updates were very handy as it meant I knew when my items were out for delivery and a delivery time. Prices are very reasonable and competitive. My order arrived quickly and well packaged. Definitely recommend.

Outstanding customer service, fast shipping time.

Signed up for the interest list, on the day of release where everyone else was scrambling for stock all over the country the Outpost just generated an order on my account. All i had to do was pay before midnight the day after. There was no stress, no fuss and it was the best high-demand pre-order I've ever done!
