Had never heard of The Outpost before (I'm a southerner) but they had exactly what I was after in stock. Made my first order for a Xmas gift for a relative. Next day (or so) I had a personal email from the team thanking me for the purchase and providing me with the tracking info, this was a very nice personal touch. Parcel arrived bang on time (if not early!) and was incredibly well packed and with some extra little goodies inside. I would 100% consider ordering my hobby bits from The Outpost after such a great experience. Thank you so much

Website is easy to navigate with a great range of products. Regular communications were sent about the status of the order and it arrived safely and well packed.

You are spoilt for choice at The Outpost.

Great selection and great customer service. It was really easy to navigate the website and place an order. Once my item was dispatched I received a dispatch email and an email from the Customer Service Team which I thought was a really nice touch. Also a very quick delivery time. We can't wait to make the journey to visit the shop and see the gaming area. Shout out to their Instagram because without it I would have missed out on good deals and good customer service.

There was a product I ordered that was actually out of stock and they reached out very quickly and resolved the issue. The website has a very large selection and I am overall very happy. My only gripe is not using Royal Mail for delivery as DPD are awful.

Recently used the Reload! service. Was easy to understand and they gave me a fair price and paid promptly. I had some issues with royal mail getting my parcel to them and they were patient and helpful the whole way through the process. 5/5

Wonderful Friendly Local Gaming Store - great communications - told me when things were due to be shipped and arrived quickly and when they said it would.

Order arrived very quickly and packaging was very secure.

I’ve made several orders over the past two years and never had a problem. When calling to ask about back order items, the chap on the phone was really friendly and helpful, the expectations were clearly laid out. Packaging of items is also great, foam peanuts to protect items and paints are bagged, just incase.

Even though the back ordered items took a while to arrive. At no point were outpost uncontactable via customer service email so I at least felt in the loop! 10/10 will use outpost again
