Hi. I have checked the tracking on your order. It says,
"Sorry, we were unable to deliver this item at 25-09-2026 as it was not possible to identify the delivery address. It will now be returned to the sender.
The address on the item was either incorrect or does not exist.
Please contact the sender for any queries"
I double checked the order you place and you have not included a house number in the delivery address. This is why it was not delivered, could you contact us at info@glasgowscoutshop.com to confirm the correct address with us and we will resend it.
Great going Glasgow Scout Shop
Someone recommended the Glasgow online store to me, so I thought I would give it a go as there was nowhere local (in Northern Ireland) to me to buy a Beaver uniform for my grandson. I ordered the uniform on a Sunday morning, and it had arrived on the Thursday morning. He had Beavers that evening and was thrilled to bits to wear his new uniform like the other boys. The Scout Shop let me know they had received my order, and gave me tracking advice on my parcel. The parcel was well packaged and the garments were all tagged with the original tags and in perfect condition. I truly recommend The Glasgow Scout Shop for a prompt and efficient service.

Missing a pack of Cub Investiture certificates. The Chief Scout Silver Award certificates packaging was open at the bottom with mud on them as if the had been stood on. Very disappointing.
