What can I say, my order was correct,complete well packaged and on time. I chose DPD for delivery.

Part identification
A part on my motorhome split and I was unsure what to order.
I therefore sent an email to Prima asking what the part was and if they had it in stock.
I received a reply within 24 hours identifying the part and providing me with a cost for a new one.
I ordered the item and it was delivered the following day.

Sent incorrect item
Sent incorrect item, box had a footprint on it and a split in the box but looking undamaged, the tape was not even undone to see the screen so was put in same box and sent back, they now refuse to refund money as said it was damaged bunch of crocks

Best place for Bailey parts.
Prima had exactly what I wanted but once again, they entrusted the delivery to Evri, who do not have and never have had a reliable service in the highlands. The item arrived in a seriously battered box and it was only by absolute luck that this expensive item wasn’t damaged.

Tried to get replacement draw runners…
Tried to get replacement draw runners for a Bailey Pegasus Grande Rimini unable to find on the website. Emailed to get the part number only to have a response the parts are unavailable and no replacement have been found. Very poor as the caravan is only three years old having looked on YouTube many people have had the same problem so replacement parts are needed. The other two items I needed arrived quickly and was well packaged
