I was having issues, I bought a Bailey that on my documents said it wasn’t! Jake was excellent and sorted this out for me with a letter to send to the DVLA. Exceptional service.

Ordered and paid for a weight upgrade…
Ordered and paid for a weight upgrade May 18th. Estimated dispatch 19th June. Well that never happened. All I received was an automated excuse email , followed by several more. Eventually it arrived at the end of August.
Thankfully I didn't order anything else from them as the email states
If you order more that 1 item . They will not process delivery untill all items are in stock. 😲
