Ordered a splashback via B&Q on 31st May.

By 27th June, I still had not received the order. I contacted the seller and was told it had been damaged in transit (although I didn't receive any sort of shipping notification to begin with). Was promised a replacement would be sent out that same week by Greg.

Didn't hear anything from them by 4th July, so followed up again. No reply, so followed up again on 10th July.

Finally received a shipping notification on 13th July, but when I tracked the order number, the courier said it was invalid. Queried this with Greg on the 22nd.

Greg replied on 23rd and said he would check with the courier.

Guess what? I had to chase them up again on the 30th.

Received a reply the same day saying that the product had failed quality control. Surely this happens before being shipped out? So why did I receive a dispatch notification in the first place?

Requested a refund on 31st July. Not heard anything from them since - no confirmation or receipt of refund.

Don't use this company. Absolute waste of time and I'm still out of pocket, three months after original order.

Ordered on 12/7/26 waited two weeks contacted them to be told it was damaged in warehouse no communication told they would refund several emails back and forth to be told the shop manager movement of funds not them still waiting refund already waited 10 business days still nothing merchant blames shop not them customer service very poor still ongoing issue

We placed an order on the 25th June for bespoke splashbacks. We had good initial communication confirming our designs and then an email saying production and will be despatched 9th July. We were then told of a blemish and was rejected and sent back to be redesigned and have heard nothing since then and all replies chasing an update have been ignored.

I purchased a splash back in May. I have been told a few times that production has ran out of materials and now I have no response. I am out of pocket by £100.

This is the third time I have ordered a splashback and still no sign of it. Awful customer service who can't give me any answers. Supposedly the last time it was put through as urgent and now another 18 days later still no sign of it.

Abysmal service. Promised delivery of splash back by 23 June. No sign and no response to any queries. Disgusting

Very disappointing. Ordered a kitchen splash back over a month ago and it has still not arrived. Reached out to a chap called Greg who advised that it was damaged in transit and a new one is being sent out. Heard nothing back for a week and now there is radio silence.

We have eventually received our penguin, glass splashback. After two months of carriers damaging two splashbacks.
I emailed Greg earlier this week.He promised to resolve the issue by supplying another splashback via a different courier.
The splashback looks amazing..

My splash back is beautiful! There was a delay in despatch but after contacting customer service I was assured the order would be fulfilled. It arrived a week after ordering (today) 2 hours before the final fit, perfect timing and I LOVE it. Well packaged too.

I ordered a splashback a few weeks ago and it appears there is a production issue. Whilst I have said I will wait for the order, I have been in touch again to find out if there is any update. Whilst they are quick to reply to the contact form on the website they are not so quick in replying or giving any update as to how long I will be have to wait so therefore I'm very disappointed with the service now.

After placing the order I waited for a while but nothing appeared. I contacted a gentleman by the name of Greg and within 24 hrs my item arrived. Well packaged and protected. Thank you

Ordered via Amazon Dhl lying about delivery through the week we have cameras so we know they haven't, no response from Warren reed after contacting yesterday, should have been here Saturday 7th march ,been in all day still nothing, contacted Amazon for refund ,still have to wait before we can buy from someone else dont waste your time or money
