My experience with glass art stories was hassle free. The owner helped me by giving me my order number and tracking. The product I purchased is beautiful and brought joy to my mom.

Fantastic quality. Timely shipping and excellent packaging. The suction cup is somewhat lacking as it does not stick well to the window. I used light weight fishing line to hang my pelican. I suggest that you enclose about 5' of fishing line as an alternative hanging method. You can market the line as an alternative and it's a cheap alternative to supply.

Everything this shop creates is stunning. Their craftsmanship is so impressive, everything I have purchased has been so beautiful! I've ordered original pieces too, and those were crafted even better than what I had hoped they would be! These artists make such lovely pieces, I highly recommend! The artwork is shipped in cushioned packaging so everything I have received has been protected en route, and always made it here in a short amount of time.

I can't say enough great things about the product and the customer service! I wanted a personalized stained glass panel that looked like the lake I live on in Maine. Ivan gave me several mock ups and even edited one of those with the changes I asked for. He was quick to respond and extremely patient and helpful. The panel is absolutely gorgeous with such high quality glass. I wish I was able to include a picture. You will not be disappointed!

the glasswork was exactly as pictured and looks absolutely lovely in the window. Shipping took some time, but I don't mind at all for the quality of the product.

It was a gift for my sister. Our grandfather had done several stained glass window hangers and she had several. This one joined them in her kitchen window. This one has much more delicate features than his.

I absolutely love your artwork; it is beautiful, quality work! I ordered two items for Christmas gifts and then, luckily, received one myself! However, after several order experiences, I must say the minimal shipping information that is communicated stresses me out. After placing the order, it seems to just disappear for weeks. Knowing I am ordering out of the Ukraine explains some of it, but an occasional email update would be helpful. Also, this time I am finding that the suction cup included does NOT work. My first order has hung on the same window for 6+ months. Might want to try another supplier.
