The "try them on feature " lets me pick flattering frames. Your website tells me which frames fit a small face. The lenses are accurate. Out of the twelve years I have ordered glasses from you, I've only had one pair I could not see out of. They were returned and replaced quickly.

I vetted the same frames and prescription at Len’s crafters. They quoted me 3 times the price of what I actually purchased them for. I took a chance and searched for my frames on this sight and found them! They arrived and are perfect. The prescription is exact and I love the look. I purchased the Dolce & Gabbana DG3419. The frame alone was the er $100 cheaper.

I've been wearing bifocals for 32 years. I did not find an option on Glasses.com to select bifocals with lines, only progressives. I'm having trouble adjusting to progressives, stumbling on the stairs and tripping over things because I can't focus correctly. I wish that choosing bifocals with lines was an option.

Unilaterally, Glasses.com made changes to the lenses without discussing it with me. Prisms were added that I struggled with. They made me feel like I had motion sickness. The magnification adjustment to the right eye was wrong. I asked for the glasses to be remade consistent with the prescription and they work great.
