My experience with Glasses.com was extremely disappointing.
I placed an order on June 5 and was repeatedly given estimated delivery dates that kept getting pushed back. Every time I checked the status, the delivery date was postponed again without any explanation. I even contacted customer service and was told my order would be ready soon.
After waiting more than two weeks, I finally learned that the frame I ordered was actually out of stock. No one proactively contacted me to explain the delay, and customer service never mentioned the out-of-stock issue during my earlier inquiries.
What makes this even more frustrating is that the frame remained available for purchase on the website while my order was delayed. Had I been informed sooner, I could have selected a different frame or purchased my glasses elsewhere instead of wasting weeks waiting.
In the end, my order had to be canceled. The lack of communication, inaccurate delivery estimates, and poor inventory management made this a very frustrating experience. I expected much better service and transparency from a company selling prescription eyewear.
I would not recommend Glasses.com based on my experience.

I returned some prescription glasses I ordered because when I tried them on the prescription/vision was off. I was notified when the company received the return which was over two weeks ago. The money has yet to be refunded back to me and I reached out last week and they told me to wait another week. I reached out again yesterday and they said to wait until the end of the day and I did and still no refund. I reached back out today and they said that it didn’t automatically refund like it should have and they will have to manually do it. However I have to wait up to 4 business days for them to reach out to me and then another 3-10 business days for the refund to process. It shouldn’t take a month for you to get your refund when the product is sitting in their hands the entire time.

Not happy
My prescription was saved to my profile, I ordered reading glasses but it did not incorporate the Add to the lens for these glasses and so now I have glasses that are the wrong prescription for my needs. I want to return them but it said it would take a day or two to get the shipping label to me - but it seem like there is no return in progress because I did not receive any confirmation of my return request after I submitted it. The lens frames are tortoise color and have a weird pattern on one lens that makes them unsightly. I am overall extremely disappointed in my shopping experience with glasses.com.

These guys are legit
I had to say I was super skeptical at first ordering from here. Needed new glasses, went to LensCrafters to get my eye exam but they were trying to charge a ridiculous amount for the ray ban meta glasses even with insurance. Started searching online and saw glasses.com is in network with my insurance, they made the process of getting glasses online seamless. I was nervous after placing my order and seeing some negative reviews, the only bad part of the experience for me was trying to talk to their live chat reps (they are all bots lol) but any rep I dealt with on the phone was super nice and helpful. I have a very specific prescription and was praying my glasses would come made the right way and they exceeded all my expectations. The glasses look great, the prescription is perfect. I honestly think they made them better than my last pair of glasses I got from LensCrafters. They even gave me the matte finish I wanted. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks so much to whoever made my glasses and the glasses.com team

Nice Selection at Reasonable Prices & Great Customer Service
Had a bit of trouble with the website both times I ordered glasses, thus the four stars. However, my overall experience was very positive. The selection of glasses is pretty good, and the prices are much more reasonable than my eye doctor's office. I always have a hard time finding the right pair of glasses to fit my face, so the ability to try on glasses virtually is a major plus! I did have a problem with my first order - my doc's office gave me the wrong script for my distance glasses. I called customer service and got the nicest, most professional CSR, who told me they would replace them for free. Delivery time was fairly quick - I believe under 10 days for the first order and replacement order. I would highly recommend glasses.com. Good luck finding your perfect pair!
